June 20, 1:00 pm. Two workers didn’t understand extra gravy had to clarify three times to both. Worker who took order went to back after payment, asked if I could order lemonade she seemed irked to have to run the cash again. Poutine salty and half way full. Went next door to get a pizza to eat poutine and pizza and she kicked me out as they wouldn’t allow me to eat both in store even though I spent over $20. Even without the locked out they weren’t friendly before and the food was gross.

This place was amazing ! Fantastic and super tasty food ! Friendly and nice smiled welcome ! Inside and outside music speaker whith nice relaxing music. I ask to charge my phone and they help me out right away ! The girl Raman was super professional and same time friendly that I wish all the shop was served like that ! I will come back Hero Burger ! Now I understand how the name come from. Certified Hero !

Ordered on Uber - luckily I opened my burger to remove the tomato and there was hair on the tomato. Drinks were half filled, I did not eat my burger obviously - my husband ate his and complained the bread to be stale/doughy…but my biggest concern is the hygiene within the facility and if proper precautions like hair net, close etc.. are being used

The place was clean and organized. You have your typical selection of burger choices available to order. I went with the Egg Burger combo this time because I have already had their other burger items at their other branches.I wished they had a better system of explaining or making known the difference between patty portion sizes between the 4oz, 6oz, and 8oz. It was a little hard to gauge properly how much mass difference there is between the order options.For the combo meal I ordered, I chose the mushroom poutine to try something different. It was good and a bit refreshing to try out something differently, but I would not go as far as saying that it is anything special or a must-try.

Worst burger ever. We spent 34$ for 2 drinks that were both flat, my signature 8oz burger was totally tasteless and my girlfriend' spicy jalapeño crispy chicken was also tasteless and barely spicy. Just the fries were ok, salty and crispy. Definitely not recommended.

Terrible consistency . I ordered two signature burgers on April 20th at 8:48 pm. They both were drenched in sauce . Tasted rushed and uncooked. I feel sick and would not be suprised if i throw up in the next couple of hours. Please stay away from this location or check your food as soon as you get it to make sure its done properly to avoid any sickness or health issues.

The worker was extremely helpful and nice while ordering and the service was so on point. Their veggie options are much better then any other fast food spot. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great afternoon work meal.

Ordered 2 different burgers and I got two the sime kinda.No ketchup no pickle was requested.Ketchup and pickle was inside the two wrong orders.But the best is the way burgers were cooked..

Straight up skill issue. Food isn't real meat. It's fake. Beef doesn't taste like beef and took 35 minutes to get my order. They also gave 4 chicken fingers as the side after charging $4.00 on top of the $4.70 for the sides. Disgusting.

This is by far the best Hero place the Girl in the evening makes the burger fantastic. She will put on exactly as much as you want of any ingredient… 5 stars all the way!!!
