We had great service from Canadian Appliance Source. We dealt with a friendly and helpful salesperson (Ravi) to help us choose the right fridge for our needs. He was able to get us our fridge delivered same week. The delivery guys were amazing. They were polite and very helpful. They delivered our new fridge quickly and had to change the door swing, which they did no problem. They then took our old fridge away. Excellent white glove service.

Bought a fridge through CAS. The driver parks in the middle of the road, making life hell for all my neighbours. He then has the audacity to tell me I don't strip the fridge when it's cold outside". The attitude and sense of entitlement was not lost on me. They bring the fridge in the house and quickly assemble it back

Purchased a Samsung dryer, washer and dishwasher for my condo. I had a good customer experience. And delivery was as expected, nothing went wrong.Having said that, the options I had were basically Samsung or LG and I don't fully trust these brands on a long run. So, against all mathematics (because for sure it's never worth it) I bought the extended protection plan.We'll see in a couple of years how they go.

The store is bright, clear and well organized, Ravi was our sales rep and was very patient and did a good job explaining the details to us. Very comfortable, shopping experience. But a very good oven for a good value. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience. I needed a new dishwasher, I went online & did research, then purchased it from Canadian Appliance and it was here in I need a new dishwasher, I went online research, then purchased it and it was here in 2 days. I received an email with my invoice, then an email & text about the delivery, then a phone call and it was here. Boom, done.

Very nice and friendly delivery team, but scratched my washer top under the dryer's legs! Discovered damages after they left, check pictures. Bad taste experience after all. Good thing is that two machines are in working order. Update: finally I was able to get partial refund for damages from this company. At least something to cover my expenses to fix it and feel better! Always check your items for damages before signing delivery acceptance papers! Thanks.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, good quality products, great deals when bundled with warranties. Delivery service has tracking as well which makes planning the day easier, also work together with installers so you can get everything done from one place. Second appliance purchase in last 2 years, will gladly buy in future when needed
