Uplands Dog Off Leash Park

This was my first time at Uplands and I was not disappointed! Park is open Dawn to Dusk and there is a very large fully fenced, grassed, off leash space that is mowed and has a walking path around it's perimeter. The back gate leads to what looks like walking trails (I didn't venture out there). There is a bathroom and an outdoor tap for fresh dog water. Dog bags are also available in different locations through the park should you have forgotten one (like me). The only issue I had was the number of on leash dogs, people don't seem understand that you should never introduce an on leash dog to another dog and mixing leashed and unleashed is dangerous. My 75# dog can be reactivate when leashes are involved (hers or theirs) and people kept bringing thier dogs to meet her to socialize their dog, I had to run at times and yell to get their attention and ask them to back off. These parks are not a place to socialize dogs!

I go there with my dog everyday. He loves it!!

We used to live in Langley and dropped by the dog park where we used to walk our dog. We were so amazed with the improvements to the park and the growth of what were once little trees. The rockery where there was once standing water. It looks beautiful and such a happy place for the dogs and owners. We’ve been to many dog parks in many places, but this one in Langley is truly the best. Great job !!!

Such a great park! I moved here recently, only 1 block away from this park and my dog Moogie loves it here so very much. I work from home, so its a blessing to be able to take the 2 minute walk to bring her here during my lunch breaks.

Amazing dog park. Very large field. Well maintained! The park usually busy and has a lot of dogs. They also do have a smaller area for smaller size dogs. Would highly recommend this place.

Best dog park ever!!!A huge fenced area about the size of 1.5 football fields with a dedicated parking lot with free parking. There’s running water, a bathroom for humans, and some seating. There’s even a gravel trail around the inner edge for people to enjoy while their dogs go venture. Its clean, well landscaped, and all the dogs and people are very friendly.

Recently added more trees thankfully since there is no weather coverage here. Good for longer walks with the dogs.

Amazing dog park. But It said it closed at 1030pm and today was a hot day and I got back to my car at 1020 and was locked in. So that was unfortunate and inconsiderate a waste of tax payers money as the number that I was forwarded to was the fire department and someone had to come out and let me out after waiting a very long time. If they want to lock a gate early put that on the time on the sign not a different one

This dog park is huge! My dog had a lot of fun running around.Waste bags are provided for free in case you forgot yours.There is a walking line for people long and wide enough to even run a little bit

What a great park for families and their dogs! This place is HUGE! It’s got lots of trails and trees and open green spaces as well as washrooms for people and water taps and water bowls for our furry friends. It’s spacious, well-manicured and so peaceful! Everyone was so friendly and our 5-month old puppy loved playing a mind running with new friends ❤️
