World Gym Niagara Falls

This is the worst gym ever.They charge you for everything.I am not going to gym and it’s just a month I have signed in for membership and now I don’t have time so I want to cancel the membership and I have to pay the cancellation charge and the worst thing is that I don’t even get my 160$ back which I have paid for the membership.They are here just to take money from you which is worthless

This is the worst gym I've ever been to. especially the attitude of the manager is too bad , does not respect customers . suggest to review the attitude of the manager

If you're looking for a clean, safe gym this is not the place for you.I've practically begged them to clean. Nada.If there's ever a fire most of the time the emergency exits are covered in equipment.If I could give it zero stars like many before me have said, I would too. I would tell them to do better but let's be honest they won't read this.

Great gym! Employee Nafis did an incredible job making me feel accommodated! Great customer service experience! Later during the night I even noticed him cleaning the machines. Made me feel proud that he was not only keeping the gym sanitary but keeping the elders feeling safe as well. 5 stars baby.

I’ve been going to St. Cath Worlds for quite a while and needed a change of scenery. So I transferred my membership to NF. Today I decided to cancel my membership and try out a whole new gym. Upon cancelling I was informed I had a balance of over $100 on my account and didn’t understand how this was possible. I was informed that my payments were not coming out of my account due to me transferring. No one told me I had to provide my banking information again. I even asked the staff member when I transferred if my money would come out still and nothing was to be done on my part. The manager told me that the last visit I had to NF there was a note on my file that someone actually had told me to provide my banking information when I scanned my card. She gave me the date and time that this person asked me. TOTAL LIE. No one had asked me for anything!! Why would I refuse to give my information? It takes two seconds. The audacity of that staff member to lie and say they asked me when no one had talked to me is pathetic and manipulative. Needless to say I’m so angered by this and will NEVER recommend this gym to anyone.

Awful, terrible customer service. Very upset and would not recommend anyone use this gym.

Mens sinks don’t even work, no soap in the dispensers. Not clean at all. Only thing that they have good going for them is their prices.

I was there couple days ago and the 1 of them with the glasses and long hair was angry and mean for no reason and he came out to me what is your problem and I said did i did something and he said that he doesn’t like the way I’m looking on him worst gym service in Niagara Falls if people are reading this I don t recommend this gym you guys are not worth even 1 star

I came to cancel my membership today and the manager said it is $113 for cancelling even I already emailed someone before hand to check and it just costs $25 for cancelling fees when you are in the contract.Even tho the attitude of manager is so bad

This gym is not good they rip you off. It's not a clean place as well. Don't get a membership you will be disappointed. There service is no good. The people that work there don't clean the place. Poor customer service. Also when the explain about there gym it's lies. I regret ever getting a membership!!!!
