I've been coming to Arcane for piercings for years, and have always had smooth healing experiences and great placement from their piercers. I came in for a navel piercing with Charles recently, and he let me know that I don't have the right anatomy for that particular piercing. I can't say how much I appreciated that! I don't want to be stuck with an eternally unhappy piercing, or a rejection that leaves scarring. I felt so well taken care of in that short interaction, and I'll be rebooking for a different piercing soon. Huge thanks to Charles and the Arcane team!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the entire team here. I’ve been into piercings for a large portion of my life and unfortunately when i was 18 and first started getting my cartilage pierced I didn’t know that proper studios that focus on piercings existed so I went to a tattoo shop and due to a series of things that shouldn’t have been done, I never managed to heal. Now that I’m in my mid twenties and those have closed over, I’ve gotten several new piercings at Arcane and their staff have always been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else.If you’re apprehensive about the cost, please please reconsider- I went with the cheaper options when I was younger and regretted it non stop. These people know what they’re doing; their premium materials and experience have made my healing a breeze- so worth it.Major shoutout to guest piercer Kelsi for an especially comfortable and informative experience.

Charles did my rook piercing and I am so happy with it! He was really relaxed, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to go over jewelry choices , and you could tell he has tons of experience with piercings. I’ll be back there in December for my jewelry change! The place was really clean and beautiful. Overall a great experience !

I recently got my septum piercing earlier this month, and although I was a bit scared, I had a strong desire to get it done. After searching on Google, I selected Arcane based on their amazing reviews. I was impressed with the cleanliness and selection of jewelry, and I must say that the procedure was quick. The pain was much less than I expected, and Charles is clearly an expert!As someone with sensitive skin, I was concerned that the healing process would take months. However, I am happy to say that it's been less than a month, and my piercing feels completely healed.

I got my old jewelry upgraded today with Charles and it was magical, inside of the shop is beautiful and immaculately clean. They have a really great selection of jewelry options, only the highest quality things, if you are someone with allergies but want piercings this is the place for you. Charles is a master piercer with a eye for aesthetic, you can really trust him to know what will look good and he is really amazing if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for.I’ve read the reviews and most negative ones complain of the price, the price of the piercing services are 100% reasonable (especially considering Charles is an expert) so it seems to be the jewelry, they have cheaper and more expensive options but keep in mind the metal, stones, and gems, are all the highest quality meant to last a long time with little maintenance,So have a budget in mind when you book or shop and see what options are available to you, the staff will definitely help you find what works for you.I hope this helps and Im so excited to go back again!

Fantastic studio - clean, organized and professional. Charles has done several piercings for me and I am so impressed with how well they've healed (I had no aftercare issues at all) and with the piercing placements too. Charles takes his time to ensure everything is to his and the client's standard. Good earring selection. Pricey, but well worth the quality. I can't wait to get more piercings done!

Had a wonderful experience here! Such a gorgeous shop, incredible assortment of jewelry and rad staff! Went in to get a piercing I was already quite nervous for but the man who pierced me was awesome it went quick and basically pain free! Couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you so much definitely will be back! You guys rock:)

Had a great experience here when I got my belly button pierced by Charles. He was very professional and took the time to figure out exactly what kind of piercing would work for my specific navel shape. The place was super clean and it was just an overall great experience!

I will only ever go here for my piercing needs and will send anyone else I know here as well - wonderful knowledgeable staff, incredibly clean environment, private rooms, and everything by appointment means that you get the full attention of staff. I've been pierced, bought jewelry, had consults, and done trouble-shooting with multiple staff at Arcane and they continue to be the best business I've ever dealt with in 20+ years of getting pierced.
