A huge shout out to Michelle and Austen !!! My hot water tank decided to pack up - spoke with Michelle - extremely friendly and efficient. She was able to have Austen come out the same day and replace the tank. Austen was very friendly as well and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Excellent customer service - will recommend Academy to anyone who needs these services

Back a few years ago, we had required a new boiler, Oliver had arrived and assessed matters and we were presented with an agreeable estimate, where as another place had added a long list of bells and whistles for a head shaking outrageous estimate! I had plenty of questions that Oliver answered in detail and he took a sample of the infloor circulating fluid and said it came bang on" where it should be

Adam was amazing! He was able to efficiently troubleshoot my hot water tank and we decided to replace the 20 year old tank rather than fix it. Great advice. He was able to source a new tank and install it the same day. Great service. Thank you.

Our furnace was making noises on a Friday night and by Saturday morning, we woke up with no heat in the house. Thankful for Academy Mechanical's 24/7 emergency services. Called their Spruce Grove office and was able to get someone out to fix it ASAP. Ryan was great to deal with and made us comfortable with the decisions we had to make. We also liked how he explained what he was fixing and maintenance and prevention tips for the future. Thank you for the great service!
