Honestly booked an appt with them to have my brows done on May 14 the girl said that she would give a call back before Saturday which would have been on the friday did not receive a call yo confirm appt called the phone they provided multiple times and left a review went in because sometime people can be very busy which is understand but my suprise was that the store is closed which could have save me some gas! Do better with communication and answer /return phone calls

My sister and I just got our eyebrows waxed by Alisha here. she ripped my sisters skin off underneath her eyebrows and now they’re blistering. We’ve had this service done many times at different salons but never this bad.

They emailed me at 5:45pm asking me to go in to get my lashes done, I showed up at 5:50pm and they said my appointment was at 5:30pm so the girl who was doing my lashes went home. Even though I showed them that the email was sent by them at 5:45pm, they insisted my appointment was at 5:30 - they didn't even ask for my name.Really unhappy with their booking. Wasted my time & gas. They didn't offer any compensation either.

First time getting a last tint/lift. Alisha was very friendly and professional and she did an excellent job on my lashes. They look great!

Awful experience, I went for an eyebrow tinting and waxing, the lady shaped my eyebrows so weirdly and made them very uneven, then decided to thread them as well, then when tinting she left the dye in for around 6-7 minutes, which turned my blonde eyebrows green. I had to go to another salon to try and get them fixed and now currently have really dark eyebrows as the only way to hide the green was to go darker. Very upset and will never go here again

I have thick eyebrows and always want the stylist to just shape it and keep it natural look, after two years I did threading not waxing because she told me it will give me a better result and indeed it did and I am must state i am highly satisfied, I switched to waxing eyebrows 2 years back when I moved to this country and this is like after 7 month after covid happened I went to this place gathering all my courage. And the stylist the best job ever. I am highly satisfied with her work, and my skin and hair removal is pretty sensitive but her threading hand was so good, she takes it slow but gives you the very best result. Highly recommend her. Her name is Bilkish.

I attended this location once before and was delighted at the service I received from the manager. She shaped my eyebrows beautifully and was very kind and friendly. My recent experience was terrible. The staff was unprofessional, not dressed professionally, and was super painful in providing the service. I never had this much pain before and have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 2 decades. I will not be coming back.

I would love to give No stars.You go in to have your eyebrows thinned out and cleaned up, leaving very disappointed and need to go somewhere else to get what you wanted. Thank god I had a gift card cause I wouldn't pay for something I am not happy with and the girl doing my eyebrows didn't understand what I wanted even after I repeatedly told her. Very disappointed.
