Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre

The hotel itself is quite beautiful and modern looking. Our room was fairly clean, although we did find an old hat behind the couch, everything else was decently clean.The only problem with this hotel is the conference center part, which I didn't really pay attention to . As a person with social anxiety and mom to an autistic son, the common areas were very busy during the day. Lots of people and lots of noise, which was quite over stimulating for my family. This wasn't the hotel's fault but just putting it out there for others who may have similar families.

A nice place to stay in London! The pool and waterslide are much better than your average hotel. Gets somewhat crowded but still room to have fun! The room was nice and clean. Overall happy with my stay.

Clean and comfortable with excellent service. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!I was here for a professional conference, and the food was fresh and very tasty. Would definitely recommend.I didn't use the pool, but it looks like a fun place to bring your kids. There are a LOT of kids here! Don't come here if you can't handle kids running around. If my association has a conference here again, I will bring my kids with me.My only complaint is this: while I do expect a certain amount of noise in any hotel, the amount of noise here is a but much. We could hear next room's tv well into the night, and the room doors do almost nothing to block noise from the hallway. People talking in the hallway at night can be heard so clearly that they may as well be in the room with you.

My family and I stayed for our baby appointment in children hospital and they gave great deal than third party cost. My children love the hotel as game room and swim pool. Great time definitely will coming back again.

Great hotel for families. Large great pool with hot tub, waterfall and waterslide open on the weekends. Wonderful atmosphere. A nice gaming area for kids too. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

The ballrooms are really nice for weddings. The atmosphere in the place is unique and has one of the coolest pool section we've seen. We did cold sparklers and dry ice clouds for a first dance and everyone loved it. Can't wait to visit there again!

The hotel itself was magnificent in beauty and experience. The pool area was the perfect temperature not to hot or cold, there was also a nice jacuzzi. The waterslide was quite fun as well. The hotel also has a gym area and an arcade that i enjoyed. The staff are friendly and the hotel is always clean. The only reason i give this hotel a 4 star instead of a 5 was because i thought the sleeping aspect could of been better. I found the pillows to be quite inflated and the blanket was a little rough. If i could give it a 4.5 star i definitely would but in general it was a good stay at this hotel!Thanks,

Beautiful hotel that makes you feel like you’re in a resort! The pool was amazing with a waterfall and greenery around it. Rooms were clean and the customer service was outstanding. We ran out of milk for kids and the staff was so nice to bring us milk without any charge. The restaurant is also nice especially for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids did not wanna leave!

Honest review,We had a great time, kids played and enjoyed themselves. The rooms were fairly clean, except the balcony’s. They were covered in fingerprints and you can tell those aren’t cleaned regularly.There is one staff member Ayvan(hopefully spelled right) is amazing. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and respectful.I was disappointed with the pool staff. Not very friendly and told my daughter that the reason they aren’t opening the slide (open 9am-3pm). Is because they’re angry at another staff member.Life happens. It’s just unfortunate that we can’t utilize the services that brought us here in the first place. We travelled here for the kids to use the pool and the slide.All in all, we’d return. I would also recommend this hotel to people coming out this way. Just have an open mind when it comes to the pool.

Room was comfy and cozy. Little dust and hair in both the shower and tub but we didn’t end up using. Pool water was cold. Arcade is cute and the restaurant (and staff) were amazing.
