Outstanding service the other day for my daughter’s new stick ! The employee who helped her find her best birthday gift ever was patient and kind and treated her like a superior athlete. I was in the store doing some skate shopping today and was really impressed by the customer service from Alex, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient - he helped me find the right boot size, and picked out a few different models within my budget to test out - and so I just wanted to leave this review as a show of appreciation for a great experience!!

First experience with Majer hockey. Was just getting 3 sets of skates sharpened. Great experience. Kind welcoming staff. Good humoured guy at the skate desk. Store looked well put together. When I need something new, I’ll definitely be stopping in for help!

Excellent customer service. Joe helped me with heat molding existing skates, ensuring comfort and answered all my questions. While waiting for the heat molding to finish, James helped me look for my next pair of skates, taking into consideration of fit preference, taking measurements to confirm the sizing is correct, and going through all available options, even though I wasn't intending on purchasing one at the time. Couldn't have asked for better or knowledgeable associates! Will make sure to return to the store for my next purchase(s).

Very great customer service. I usually can only stand buying anything for 30 min max and regretting it later. I spent over 2 hours with Adam , who meticulously analyzed my skate size, stability and comfort to ensure I was buying the ideal skate . I will only buy hockey equipment from this store based on the quality of their staff and variety of merchandise.
