Dr Beyea removed an acoustic neuroma tumour mid September, Amazing surgeon and support afterwards. About two months after surgery I required hearing aids , I first spoke with Mary and easily booked an appointment, met with Sarah and Allison who were all incredibly helpful. My experience was so great that I looked forward to going to the appointments. Great people, wonderful service and top of the line products. 10/10. !

I was reluctant to revisit getting a hearing aid as my first experience several years ago from another supplier was less than satisfactory. I ended up not bothering with one. That all changed when I recently stepped into the Kingston Ear Institute. The entire staff from Dr. Beyea to Sarah who conducted my hearing test, Allison who fitted me with the proper hearing aid and Mary with her pleasant smile who made sure my appointments and management of my files went seamlessly, were all so polite, understanding and ready to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place if you are having issues with your hearing or deeper issues related to your ears. You will not be disappointed.

After suffering with vertigo for years I went and saw Dougal Bale and after the first visit I was amazed how much I improved. He even shows you how to treat your vertigo going forward. I'm so happy I went to see him. It's so nice to be vertigo free...my world isn't spinning anymore.

Dr Beyea is likely the most caring Doctor I have ever met in my 59 years. I was referred to him after dealing with 5 months of pain. Dr. Beyea diagnosed the root problems which contradicted previous Doctors who had misdiagnosed me.Dr Beyea is an absolute professional who genuinely cares and went the extra mile, he even offered me future support if needed!I am truly grateful for his expertise and now have many better days ahead because of his knowledge and effort……..Thank you !!!

This is a very professional and friendly environment. I had an issue with a plugged ear. Phoned mid-morning and was seen that afternoon. Problem solved! Thanks to you all!
