Nobody offered me help or a cart while I lugged a big bag of dog food around the store in search of flea and tick shampoo I stood infront of the shampoo isle long enough for two employees to look down the isle then dart away to continue withtheir conversation with their coworkers. I can only assume their conversation about other customers to be more important than actually helping a customer. Not that I want to shop at a store that talks about its stupid customers once they've left. Professionalism I'd give a negative review. But I did eventually find what I needed and it was reasonably priced so 3 stars perhaps.

Best customer service ever! They are prompt with responses, friendly and knowledgeable. Jess answered all my questions and Amy helped me with items damaged during shipping (not their fault, everything is well packaged). I am so impressed and will be ordering again.

We usually find what we need in this place.Lots of parking right by the door, though sometimes it's crazy to find a spot.There is a large variety of food whether it be wet or dry.Toys are also in great abundance for cats and dogs especially.We found a great toy that the cats love and with food hidden under each, they have no problems figuring it out.PAIGE has been a great help to us a couple of times that we have gone there.Must say, she is a joy to be around with her cheery smiles.

I love this place! So clean and well organized. Always fully stocked with what I buy. My dog has severe food allergies and I wasn't sure which dog food to buy, one of the Managers Josh helped my Husband and I find food that's hypoallergenic. It worked wonders! No more reactions!

Recently had an issue with a wood root chew toy for my dog, it started to splinter within a few days, they took it back and I was able to exchange it for something else. No hassles, dealt with Lindsey, great service! Thanks!

Great staff, good variety. Only issue is my dog has weird stomach issues and can only handle Milkbone dog biscuits. Homes Alive doesn't carry them
