It has been such a pleasure getting to work with Alexandra and Monika on my overall health and wellness. I have been seeing them both for a few months now for Acupuncture and facial services, and I always leave the loft feeling lighter and more rejuvenated. They both go above and beyond to listen to your needs, and make you feel welcome. They regularly send detailed follow ups with tips and product/ service recs they feel would be a good fit and I always feel confident trusting their opinions. I plan on continuing to meet with them both once a month, and as needed. Would highly recommend!! Oh, and Monikas’ homemade cinnamon tea is delicious!

First off, I will start by saying that Monika is absolutely incredible at what she does, she is an amazing human being and most importantly she makes you feel completely comfortable.I had a terrible birthing experience with my son, which ended up in a c-section (something I really didn't want, and could have totally been prevented) so when I became pregnant with my second, I knew I had to take a different approach.I started doing acupuncture treatments which helped with my fertility and I became pregnant after a few visits with Monika.Closer to my due date, the inevitability of having another c-section became more and more real. I couldn't allow my pregnancy to pass a certain date, because of my previous c-section, so I began to see Monika right away. Thankfully with Monika's help, I was able to go into labour naturally and has a vaginal birth! I am so grateful for Monika and her help. If it wasn't for her, I don't believe I would have had the birth I so badly wanted. Monika, thank you so much for everything you do! She's also a great therapist too lol! ;)

I really enjoyed my facial with Abril. It was my first time getting a facial so I didn't know what to expect. She was very attentive, assessed my skin concerns and tailored the facial accordingly. She even gave me a face mask as a gift on my way out. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Monica for about a year now consistently. I initially came for help with my PMS symptoms. Not only have my periods gotten a lot better, no more cramps etc. But my overall health and hormone balance has also drastically improved. I can sit here and list the many MANY MANY health benefits of acupuncture, however the Yorkdale Healing Loft all together is such a welcoming, calm and zen space. I literally get so excited for my appointments because I know how amazing I will feel after. Super fresh, rejuvenated and relaxed. The loft is very clean, hygienic, and filled with amazing energy. I love the way Monica really understands what you need, and customizes every visit accordingly. She’s very knowledgeable in all that she does, and I can not recommend her and this place enough ! I’ve gotten many different treatments here and they have all been outstanding! Alexandra has given the most relaxing and effective facials. Monika is so thorough with her acupuncture treatments. Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is surreal! I feel wonderful the moment I walk in. Abril really changed my skin and Monika's cosmetic acupuncture not only reduced my fine lines and wrinkles, but she got rid of my migraines! I can't wait to try the Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage next week. 10/10
