Landmark Cinemas Penticton

Went to the movies on Tuesday March 14,amazing staff, the two young ladies working the concession were friendly and helpful, the usher was very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend and our daughter had an amazing movie experience, thank you Landmark Cinemas Penticton :)

Outstanding people working here. Very helpful and friendly, enjoy every visit I have and every interaction I have in the building as well.

The kiosk didn't work. Had to use the cashier. The concession snacks cost more than the ticket. The movie had some good laughs. I would go again.

I tool my son to see the new animated Spiderman movie, he thought it was the best ever while I became aware of all the subliminal messaging and social conditioning taking place and I wondered if this was really the smartest way to spend my money to have a 2 hour good memory and experience with my son...there are much better free ways to make more lasting memories and a more enjoyable experience and I completely blame the theatre

Nice staff and theater but ladies washroom is consistently out of toilet paper.

This theater is very good. Good picture and sound. The seats are in good condition, and the place is pretty clean.

Great staff and nice theaters. Definitely worth signing up for the Extras program too. Last time I was there, the young guy that took my concession order (I want to say Matteo but I could be mistaken) was amazingly patient and helpful. Totally appreciate that!!

Overall, it's a decent theater experience. Personally, I think the lobby could be cleaner, more specifically the drink and butter" station. Other than that

Staff are super polite and friendly, theatre is always clean, popcorn is always fresh. Couldn’t ask for any better! Thanks Landmark Penticton

Typically love this theatre but just had the worst movie experience ever! In an R rated film, the back 2-3 rows and the row in front of us were filled with teens who had zero intention of watching the movie. After being asked nicely several times to be quiet they got progressively worse. Other audience members started raising their voices telling them to shut up. No matter the approach, they were relentless. Groups of them constantly running in and out of the theatre to boot. Not typically a complainer myself I was so frustrated I hit my limit. I finally left the auditorium and asked for a manager to see if there was anything that could be done. He’d apparently already spoken with them from 2 previous complaints. I will say, well handled Mr. Manger because whatever you said to them that last time actually worked and they shut up. The only downside was the 7 or so of them in the row ahead of us filming the movie with their phones and constantly typing on their Snapchat. When I asked them if they would PLEASE turn off their phones they looked at me like a deer in headlights. My only question for the theatre is, how on earth did 20 rowdy kids ranging from 12-16 years old get let into an R rated movie?!
