This clinic, and its walk-in doctors, are an embarrassment to our healthcare system. My experience today with Dr. Nwaka was far below any standard of care for any physician in Canada, and I will be filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta regarding this incompetent and rude practitioner, and I’ve never filed a complaint against a doctor before in my life. This is my family doctor’s clinic (Dr. Namaruish, who is excellent), and has been for over 5 years. The ophthalmologist who was treating me for an injury sent me to my family doctor’s office, in near agony, because I needed more pain relief than was practicable for him to provide me on an outpatient basis. Such referrals are not uncommon. He even phoned Parsons Medical Centre in advance on my behalf, and gave clear directions that Dr. Nwaka have him paged at the Royal Alex if there were any questions or difficulties. Dr Nwaka refused to even contact my ophthalmologist, and was extremely rude, treating me in a way no dignified adult should ever be treated by anyone, much less a health care provider thirty seconds after meeting a patient. He behaved as I would normally expect a child to behave, and made no effort to help me, seeming more concerned with his own ego and personal convenience than patient care. Astonishingly, Dr. Nwaka wouldn’t even provide me with his name at the end of the appointment, so I could identify him in correspondence. Thankfully, the clinic staff did identify him, and some online searching quickly revealed that treating patients respectfully and neglecting professional responsibilities are things that he struggles with.I called my ophthalmologist myself shortly after I left Parsons Medical Centre, and he was quite upset that Dr. Nwaka behaved so unprofessionally, not even having the common courtesy of contacting him, the specialist, as requested. This man has no place practicing medicine in Canada with his attitude.

This is the most unprofessional drs office I’ve been too. The receptionist took me into the drs WORK office, I didn’t even get a room. They didn’t close the door behind me. I was expected to talk about/show the dr my rash in his office with the door open. A complete invasion of privacy not to mention is sounds illegal. Dr Jones or whatever seems completely incompetent, didn’t care to listen to me I was just another pay check. Left with absolutely no resolution and just more questions. DO NOT GO HERE

I came to this clinic as a walk in patient about two weeks. I saw Dr. Jasmine Rehmani, who quickly realized that I needed follow up lab testing on an urgent basis. She arranged for those to happen at a near by facility later that day. She followed up the next day and with further consultations and referrals. I was also able to find another doctor there to be my family physician on a go forward basis, which I am going to need given my diagnosis. This is a busy clinic and the waiting area may seem chaotic. I don’t care if I have to wait to see the doctor. What I care about is receiving competent medical care delivered in a professional manner. Parsons Medical Centre delivered that to me and I will be returning there for my medical needs.

I had worst experience and worst customer service. A doctor should be a compassionate person. Somebody please teach Dr. Sandeep, she doesn't know how to talk to the patient, my mother is probably of her mother's age and the way she talked to my mother was so rude and unacceptable

This is the WORST clinic in the the history of clinics. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are rude and Dr’s are slow and uncaring. I came in right when the clinic opened as a walk-in patient and was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. I waited for 2.5 hours to see the Dr. In the clinic room. No one came and checked on me and no one gave me an update. I had to ask them if I would be seeing a Dr at all. Very rude staff.

Dr jasmine rehmani has amazing bed side manor, I’ve been seeing her for over 5 years now and she’s never made me feel rushed at my appointments and she listens to all my concerns. I am very happy with her care.

Do not see Dr. Shenouda if you are wanting to see a gynecologist. She is by far the rudest doctor I have ever been to, and is extremely unprofessional. She was over 20 minutes late, and practically threw the gown at me before walking out again and returning after another 10 minutes. If I could rate her a 0, I would. The only people who were actually nice, were the receptionists.

Worst experience. Cancelled the appointment after waiting for an hour and half. They told 3 more patients still before us. Unprofessional, rude behaviours of reception. We are in 2023, do not know how to manage the appointments. Why are you guys giving appointments then, let it be walk in. Waste of time.

I had booked a follow up appointment with Dr. Rehmani at 10:15 am for my mother. The front staff let us in at 11 am and we waited in the room until 11:30 am. At that time we decided to leave without seeing the doctor. What is the point of booking an appointment if you are still asked to sit and wait for the doctor for over an hour? Very poor time management. We won't be coming to this clinic again.

just went to this clinic for the first time. i was reluctant because of the reviews but the rexall down the block had a 2 hour wait time for a walk in, and this clinic was able to take me as a walk in right away. i was probably at the clinic about 30 min from start to finish. i believe i saw dr namaruish, he was awesome! very friendly and listened to my concerns, helped me out a lot. the front end staff were very friendly and i got several have a nice day"s from multiple staff members on my way out of the clinic room to the front door. maybe there's just one receptionist who i rude? no complaints here. thank you so much for helping me today!"
