Excellent. Doctor liu is responsible and easy to communicate. She is one of the best doctors I met in Canada.

The nurse that was working deemed me not sick even thought I had a high fever and said I'm not sick. Didn't do any tests and was very unprofessional.

A friend recommended me to myHealth medical centre. Dr. Liu is the primary physician there. Very grateful the doctor, staffs and nurses there speaks both English and Mandarin.It’s very helpful as my partner’s mother doesn’t speak a word of English. She was feeling unwell one day and I brought her here. Got her for a physical and routine blood work that can be done on the spot (with fasting) if required.Doctor Liu was so patient with her. Answering all her questions and queries making sure that she left the clinic feeling helped and relieved.The nurses here are really good at what they do. Drew blood really efficiently with a single jab of the needle.Then we go up to the receptionist for a follow up (one was needed for the mother) and then we took our prescription at the pharmacy located in the medical centre right next to the reception.It was definitely a one stop shop.See your doctor, get your blood work done and pick up meds all in the same unit.I’m definitely very grateful for the help provided in our time of need.

Wonderful experience, first start with when I called for Covid vaccine. The line got cut off and I got a call back apologies on the cut off. I knew they are crazy busy at this time. That’s 5 stars. They booked our Covid appt 2 days later on a Sat 930am. The patients are waiting in line like 100ppl outside but the clinic staffs all calm, handle every patient very polite efficiently. Like I saw 3 angles from the pharmacy dept. We got the shots and she explained to us the dosage very clear. Everywhere include washroom very clean. Thanks for the front line workers. They made this stressful moments into peaceful one!!!!

Dr. Liu has been my family doctor for many year, she is very patient and knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend her for everyone.

Unprofessional and clearly doesn't know what the nurse is doing

Dr. Liu is one of the most dedicated family doctors around. She goes above and beyond to help with her patient's medical needs. Blood draw on site. Staff fluent in English and Mandarin.

My mom has the worst possible experience with doctor Yi Liu at this clinic. This doctor made her wait for 2 hours for an appointment she booked well in advance. When the doctor finally came, my mom made a comment about the wait time and the doctor yelled at her, telling her that wait times at this clinic is always this long and if she doesn't like it she can leave. Doctor Yi Liu cussed at her and told her she was making a bad first impression and should just find a different doctor. She blamed her for missing lunch during the clinic hours. My mom waited for so long already so she went in for a check up anyway despite being harassed, and she asked to just get her annual check up done. The doctor proceeded to ask her what did you want me to look at? Write it down" my mom was shocked

I want to give zero if I could. Doctor Yi Liu is a doctor who could only keep saying I don't know

Went to this place for severe abdomen pain, where I could not sleep for days. Doctor was unpresent and they brought me to a nurse. Didn't give me any medication and said its not a big deal. Did not sign my doctor's note either even though I had a fever.Went to a different clinic right after and they deemed my condition' 'serious' and prescribed me medicine and signed my doctors note.Never come here if you want proper treatment.
