I'm so impressed and pleased by the friendly and professional service. Staff was patient with inquiries made over the phone at a time that in-store shopping wasn't possible, which was so helpful! The delivery personnel arrived within the window of time as expected They went above and beyond to even install my washer and dryer. Thank you! The first experience was so great that I've just taken advantage of a current promotion and this transaction was so smooth as an existing customer. I just love the staff at easy home on Hamilton rd and they have such a wide selection of furniture and appliances there , even if they don’t have it they’ll try their best to source it for you. Top notch customer service, always greeted with a smile even during delivery their driver is so funny! The experience is one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere and that is true customer service!!!Highly recommend!!

Easy Home Hamilton Road store is the best! When we first decided to go with easy Home and phoned around their staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. They even made a point to search for the couch we wanted and had it brought to the store where we were able to go take a look and make a decision. Andy, their delivery driver is absolutely amazing. We have had nothing but a great experience with this store and recommend them highly!!!

Luke is amazing I called just to ask a question and he helped me out and I ended up getting more than what I wanted within my budget. Felt like I knew him my whole life as he’s full of life and putting the customer first. Go check him out! I've been a customer with Easyhome ( specifically this store but others in the past also) for a number of years. The staff have always been amazing and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers.Recently I had an emergency situation at home and Mark was quick to respond and come to my rescue. His amazing customer service and willingness to go that extra mile for me saved me my job.I don't have one negative thing to say at all. I've never had an issue with Easyhome. I have been dealing with this location for a few months. I have nothing but good things to say. I wanted a ps5 back in the summer and they went to the ends of the earth to get me one! they go above and beyond constantly! i will continue to use this store and only deal with this location. Go in and see how cheerful they are! 100% recommend going to this location!
