Mon nouveau fauteuil roulant, est un APEX de Motion Composite c’est un produit québécois en fibre de carbone ultra léger avec des roues en aluminium avec des rayons en fibre de carbone Spynergie.La compagnie Motion Composite m’a donné un service 5 étoiles, ils ont adapter mon fauteuil pour faire de la photo, ont installé mes ancrages pour mon Fire-Fly en usine et cela même si il on un produit du même genre mais en plus haut de gamme, ainsi qu’une modification pour ma souffleuse.Une compagnie américaine ne voulait même pas m’accommoder pour mes modifications aucune ouverture. Donc investissez ici au Québec et faites travailler un ami et voisin un Québécois.Merci a toute l'équipe.

Got one of there wheelchairs through AADL, and they way the tec set it up, I cant use the wheelchair at all. I am now being told that I might be stuck with it for five years. Looking at getting another wheelchair privately through another company. Super frustrating.

I bought a light weight wheelchair. A side guard fender was missing 14 months later. Sebastian at the customer service was very helpful in sending a replacement - twice. It's a good experience! Thank you!

The Wheelchair (Helio A7) was comfortable, light, and maneuverable - until the cross-frame broke and the chair collapsed on me while I was in it (luckily no injuries occurred). Made a warranty claim through my distributor which then fell through the cracks" at Motion Composites and was ignored for the first 3 weeks. Motion Composites then told my distributor they would expedite the replacement part

I just got off the phone asking a simple question about a Motion Composites-Apex footplate.. He was so so rude. Telling me I couldn't fix it without even letting me get my question out of my mouth. Customer service is everything!

Motion Composites provides a dependable well crafted, very reliable wheelchair at multiple price points & offers a flashy uniqueness to fit your personality. Much classier option than settling for for plain simple basic mass produced models you see everyday by other manufacturers. The carbon chairs are worth the difference to upgrade & ride & last so much longer & better than the more common mainstream chairs you have seen millions of. Fast turn around on delivery & customer service that will treat you like a person not just another commission. They care & they listen. I wish I had known of this company much, much sooner. You will not be disappointed.

My father wishes he went to another manufacturer that with better products.Recently my father spend $4200 on a custom wheelchair. Shortly after receiving it, the bearings went and it began squeaking very loudly. The supplied replaced the bearings once, however, shortly after, they began squeaking loudly again. Now they will only grease them which prevents squeaking for a short period of time. When the warrant ends soon, they charge $90 a visit to grease the bearings.In my opinion, this company provides a lower quality product and they do not stand behind their product.
