Fast, efficient, friendly service. My furnace was turning off prematurely, or not starting up at all. None of the usual things were causing it, but they identified a small, kind of obscure issue that I don't think many folks would have noticed. Took the time to really think it through instead of just going through the motions, and this was two days before Christmas. That was two weeks ago and there have been no issues since. Highly recommend.

I had MN Mechanical install a tankless water heater and I had an excellent experience. They were on time, were very clean, and explained everything thoroughly. They even removed the rental water heater I had and returned it to the rental company for me. On top of that, they were the best price I could find. I’d definitely recommend them.

MN Mechanical, were quick with scheduling a time for a technician, and the technician was friendly, explained the issue and provided a time line for the repair. Patrick met with me to consult on the potential installation of a heat pump at my 2 storey home. This was an attempt to address the temperature difference between the main and 2nd floors.Previous owners completed renovations and the basement ceiling was not accessible ( drywalled ) to explore how the duct work was routed. Cost was a consideration as well as the aesthetics of the installation of the heat pumps. Patrick took a problem solving approach prior to following up with the heat pump purchase. Patrick and Beau were professional and efficient while in my home - would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with MN Mechanical. Our on demand hot water boiler quit after 13 years. MN came out immediately when learning we were without heat and we able to prioritize the installation the next day - another reputable local competitor were going to take a week to come and install.The team is friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend MN Mechanical.

My 30-year-old furnace passed away, and the team at MN Mechanical was able to slot me in for a Wednesday morning replacement after a Monday afternoon call for help. They ran mats down my stairs and into the furnace room to keep everything clean. Installation, new venting, and the condensation return line were done quickly, and they were gone before lunch. Always get nervous on a low quote, but the service, quality of install and taking the time to answer all my questions was top notch. Thanks to Pat and Bo for a job well done!
