Mail delivery guy left a notice that I have to pick up the item but I was home whole day. The delivery guy didn’t even ring the bell this happens so many times. They are not doing their job

Very rude Indian man at post office talks under his breath and is not helpful and seems to not want me to ask questions. So very rude I will go to different, he doesn't know his job is customer service? If he's my employee I'd fire him

Reviews are horrible for a reason. Id still go just bc its close to where i live which I believe is also the reason for everyone visiting. I wish the guy staff could reflect his own behaviour and learn how to deal with customers all over again.

We came to return Amazon box, the guy who works there made us buy the tape so that we can tape up our box. It’s a d*ck move if you ask me considering that practically any other place would let you use their tape for free. He also didn’t want to start the return process until we taped it up:)

Horrible time dealing with these people. Called Canada post and they were surprised that they wouldn’t release MY package to ME.The only upside is Canada post will stop all of my future packages from ending up at this location.I’ll be calling the manager tomorrow but this point time I’m so fed up they can send the package back to Ontario and the seller can look into alternative means for the hundreds of parcels they send out every month.

Post office staff gave my parcel to someone with a completely different name and address than was listed on my package. Managed to track it down however, despite with no help from Canada Post. Will call the police about mail fraud next time.

(Updated in 2022) Didn't know that the federal employee could be late to their work! There were several people waiting for the post office to open but the guy did not show up and the pharmacy manager said that the post office wouldn't open until 11AM! (kind and working very hard staffs. When I need to receive my orders or packages I always make it to delivered to this post office because I just do not trust leaving my package in front of my door.)

Older woman clerk told me I wasn’t allowed to pick up my package with a photo of my door knocker card with the tracking number on it because she “had to have the actual copy”. She clearly has been trained incorrectly. All you need is the tracking number and to make sure my ID matches the name and address on the package. Get your clerks on the right page when it comes to proper protocol. How embarrassing.
