Staff was really knowledgeable about battery and guided me to the best battery for my vehicle 2010 Subaru Outback. I have owned 2 other interstate battery in the past which lasted 7 and 10 years respectively. I have been very happy with interstate batteries in the past and the staff at the store were great to deal with.Have a great day.

Guys at the desk where very helpful, patient, and went through all options with all explanations and pricing. I was looking for camper batteries that I knew nothing about and they went over different setups. 12 volt options as well as a 6 volt setup in series, for better working power on my RV.

Originally purchased 2 27dc Marine batteries. Went in to replace one of the batteries that had stopped working within under a year. The manager fought me pretty hard to not warranty it. Said it’s my fault for not maintaining it every 3 months and adding water. He finally replaced it and I did as he recommended and now within under a year again of the replacement, one of the batteries has a full crack on the side of it and leaked acid all in my boat. Interstate batteries are just not made like they use to be. Originals lasted me 5 years and I’ve kept them on a smart charger same as I’m doing now. There’s a Merivale Costco very close to this interstate battery location. Save yourself money and go there. Costco replaces 100% for up to 12 months, no hassle, and 40% back after 13 months and 20% the third year. I’ve learned my lesson. Costco it is from now on!

Top notch service, great selection, and amazing prices.Ever since discovering this place I've been coming here for all my batteries. What I love is that they stand behind their products. There's been a warranty on most things I've bought, but I have yet to need to use them! But it's nice to know it's there if needed.I just came in to pick up a new battery for my car, and had it paid for, installed, and out the door in under a half hr. Great service along the way :)

Great service! Battery died in 2005 van and got a boost to come here for a replacement. Installation included while I waited (although that is no longer offered on late model vehicles. Will be back for the trickle charger (photo) to extend battery life while vehicle is parked for the winter.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people give fantastic service when you want to purchase a new battery from them. Do not try and get warranty coverage from them. I am a Interstate dealer, and two times over the last three years I have tried to get a client a battery replaced under warranty. Both within warranty period. Both times I have run into poor service. The DO NOT WANT TO COVER WARRANTY ISSUES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SO DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND BUY YOUR BATTERY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
