“Called Valley mechanical for maintenance on my furnace because it wasn’t blowing very well. Dan came by the same day and replaced the filter and cleaned the heat exchanger. Much better now. Would recommend”

Blown away by the customer service I received by Valley Mechanical. Dan was professional, punctual, friendly and extremely patent in explaining the issues and options I had. Highly recommend! For the replacement of hot water tank - Dan was punctual, took great care in navigating the old tank up from the basement, out the front door and bringing the new tank in. He thoroughly answered all my questions and once the installation was complete he gave me an orientation so that that I understood the controls on the new tank.Professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy - every aspect of the service was great!

Details matter to these guys, and it shows. I wanted a tidy install for a hanging garage heater. They hung the furnace and plumbed it perfectly, making sure all my visible gas lines were level too. Even the brackets are all facing the same direction. I've referred Valley Mech to friends who are equally impressed. I'll be calling them back for a new AC this summer.
