They will take your money for RMT and tell you they gave you an RMT, but wont give you an RMT masseuse. I asked my masseuse if theyre RMT and they say No. Happened so many times. Then when you insist on RMT they tell you to go somewhere else. Deceitful dishonest scammers. Go somewhere else indeed.

Why does the spa allow the masseuse to use their phone when doing a massage?I had horrible experience, Approx. 25 minutes the masseuse was browsing on the phone and pretending to do a little massage with one hand. I informed the person at the reception later, all she said she was sorry, but didn't ask the masseuse why she was using her phone? I have been going there for years and never had this experience.

i came with no body pain, but after the abuse, some parts are in pain still because the lady didnt even use her hands, she just used her forearm and went on a circular motion on my back, leg and shoulders. she didnt massage my hands, feet, and arms either. the lady doesnt speak english as well, or she just pretended that she doesnt know how to. never going back there again. such a waste of money.

Kelly Spa is a pleasant place to go for your massage needs . I’ve been to this location quite a few times for RMT. The therapists work with precision and also understand different techniques. The atmosphere is welcoming and the clinic is always super clean.

YUKI is singularly the best massage therapist I have experienced in 40 years. And she may well be better than most RMTs. I have been going to her for about 6 years and don’t intend to stop. She is unbelievably intuitive. She takes you apart and puts you back together effectively and efficiently. She contributes to my health and well being. She has an encouraging and delightful personality as well.

The prices are reasonable for massages ad they always have good deals. Wait time is not that long. The staffs are professional and good. Depending on who you receive massage from, the service varies. I personally like Mary. She is really good and takes time to provide good quality massage. Definitely recommend this place.
