Chipped a tooth while away from home, Frantically looked around to book an emergency appointment while not expecting much being last minute and on a weekend. However i called Oakville Dental and Leen was very warm and friendly and quickly and efficiently took care of my concerns and got me booked in last minute within the hour.Saw Dr Rabi and her assistant Preet, both of which were equally as warming and lovely as Leen. They were very proffesional and reassuring during the procedure and provided me with consistent information and reassurance. Aswell as being very clear and concise about all the steps in the procedure and the assosciated costs. Which was alot cheaper than i was expecting. Overall im beyond satisfied with my experience and will definately be back for any dental related issues. Its very rare to find dental practices that are genuine and genuinely care about the patient and not just the clinics bottom line.Would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality, and affordable dental work. You will not be dissapointed, Guarenteed !

My previous hygienist left and as someone who is nervous about visits to the dentist, I was a little apprehensive about going especially during a pandemic. The new hygienist was great, incredibly personable, funny and friendly. The check in process was also seamless to ensure everyone’s safety. Great service as always!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental office, and I must say that Dr. Kataria's patience, kindness, and understanding exceeded all of my expectations.Dr. Kataria was very patient and took the time to explain all of the procedures to me, which helped me feel at ease. He was also very kind and understanding of my needs, which made my experience so much better.What impressed me the most was the level of care that I received from the entire staff. Everyone was super nice and understanding, which made my visit to the dentist more pleasant than ever before. The entire team at Oakville Dental truly cares about their patients, and it shows in the way they treat them.Overall, I can honestly say that I have never received this level of patient care at a dentist before. Dr. Kataria and his staff have set the bar high for all dental offices, and I would highly recommend Oakville Dental to anyone looking for a great dental experience. 10/10.

The first and last time I had a treatment here was a problem. I got hidden charges which I never told you to do. I just had a complete dental exam at school but you partially examined me and still charged me. I didn't ask for the partial exam. I am aware that I got cavities with all my restorations. I was puzzled because I didn't ask for it but still I paid for it. I was only here for the restoration. Will never recommend.

Thank you so much Dr. Kataria for helping me overcome my fears of going to the dentist! I have been going to Oakville Dental since I was young, but was very nervous to return after not going for a few years. Dr. Kataria and all the staff that work here made my experience very comfortable and easy. I cannot thank you enough! Very knowledgable and kind. I will always highly recommend this dental office. :)

Office does not respect your time.In the last 1.5 years, the appointment system has:1. Not cancelled an appointment because the system was down" resulting in a missed appointment2. Two cases of appointments that were either not booked or cancelled without notice3. A case where the appointment I booked apparently wasn't "for enough time" resulting in a same day cancelation.Additionally

I haven't met the dentist at this location yet but had Laura as the hygienist and she was so great! Super knowledgeable and gentle. The front desk ladies are super sweet and friendly. Amazing experience overall

From the start of using this dentist 5+ years ago it’s been nothing but a headache. Today has finally confirmed that we no longer want to use them. I emailed them this week letting them know my toddler still had a cough, and they said it was fine to come in. We cleared our entire Saturday since the appointment was closer to 3. It would’ve been his first dentist appointment and they cancelled less than 2 hours before. Insane. Not only is this an issue but every time I’ve been there they never seem to get my insurance figured out. The people also ask you to confirm about 3x about your appointment leading up. Non stop messages. The woman dentist is also ignorant usually and tries to upsell you to a specialist. Don’t use this place if you want to save your sanity. Go elsewhere.
