Hi Vis Safety

Hi Vis safety totally came through and I am very pleased with the products I ordered. Alex sent an email thank you for my order which was a nice touch. More importantly, I placed my order on a Friday and it was in my mail box the next Thursday (in Montreal). For all delivery issues that are happening, I literally did not have time to use the tracking number.I will say that after reading recent reviews, I was not going to place an order BUT I am VERY glad I did. The product was the right price and excellent quality. The complementary HiVis face mask was a really nice added touch. I will definitely order from them again.

First time using the site, I ordered the winter bib overalls and a winter jacket. The bibs came in 5 days and the coat needed to be shipped separately the next week. I had to buy a coat in the meantime to get me through the week as I work outdoors and it's been cold. I realized I needed a bigger size and had emailed letting hivis know about this. I had found out the original coat I ordered didn't come in a 3xl. A customer service representative had let me know within a day and sent me a link to a similar coat that could accommodate this size. There was a 50 dollar difference between the coats the new one they suggested being more expensive. I asked how I could pay the difference and they told me not to worry about it! It's not very often you witness or even experience customer service of this tier. I can say without a doubt they have gained a customer for life and will be recommending them to all my colleagues.

Order process was great and got an e-mail from Alex, but then things started going downhill. I received my order which is not complete and items are missing, yet my credit card was charged. No phone number on the website and I'm not getting any answers through e-mail. Very disappointed and hope to hear something soon. Also, purchased the hi-vis parka and the insert for all of the coats seem to be the same size, so obviously the larger ones aren't fitting people. None of them are labelled which also makes it hard to keep things in order.

BUYERS BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE!!!Purchase a jacket was too big So I returned it. I have confirmation of the return delivery but no refund. I emailed the info to Alex but still have not received a refund. Left phone messages with Alex because he never answers the phone, no response, emailed Alex no response.

The products were as described but dealing with returns is a pain. Had to call them to get my return label since it had been days after I submitted the request through email. Now it's been about 20 days since I have returned the items and have not received a refund.Doesn't matter how good your products are if you can't deal with customers in a timely manner.

I found the item I was looking for at about half the retail price. Only orders over $50 allowed, but with free shipping. Shipping is fast. Customer service was very slow to refund me (when I needed to return items) and could only be contacted online (They don't take calls). Items seem to be good quality.

I am truly disappointed with this company. I have used them many times in the past with great service and product. This time however, its been almost a month since I placed my order, my payment has been taken yet none of my email inquires have been answered as to when I can expect my order or if my order will ever get to me.This used to be a great company to deal with but I guess success has its down falls.I will not recommend this company any longer. There are many new companies selling work wear and safety apparel to choose from out there.

First time using this site. Prices are great compared to others and free shipping over $50 which is basically any order is a huge bonus. I ordered on April 9th and already arrived on April 11th! I highly recommend checking them out and don't forget to sign up for the newsletter as they frequently have discount codes. Absolutely love my sets of hi viz coveralls for the summer. Vented knees and arms are great.

Bought a jacket that needed to be exchanged. Was told I needed to print off the label in order to send the package back. I don't have a printer, don't know anyone who has a printer and can't go somewhere to get one printed because of Covid. Explained this in an email and the answer was: Have to have a printed label in order to ship it back. No alternatives suggested. Paid just over $18. to have it shipped back and did not do an exchange. Found another jacket elsewhere.

I recently ordered my husband two safety hooded sweaters. I wasn't certain what the quality would be of them, because they were priced so well. The arrived in just a few days and they are awesome! Well made and the material is great for the cold winters. My husband is super happy with them. We will most definitely be purchasing again. Also feels good to support local especially during these times.
