This company was absolutely incredible to deal with! I probably called into the store 4-5 times between changing my order or ensuring they have everything they need for a successful delivery. They were so patient and great to work with. The delivery driver called me and even took a photo of the bouquet on the front door step. I would highly recommend Edmonton Flowers Ltd. Such a positive experience!

Not happy with the flowers, please go elsewhere. I didnt notice the roses were so wilted and turning brown/falling apart until I got home unfortunately. Or would have never paid for $80 for these. Plus way too much types of cheaper items to full out the bouquet.

The flowers were beautiful. The staff have to be a bit more careful. After paying for my purchase. Called to tell me they forgot to add the delivery charge.

I ordered some flowers today at 12pm, to be delivered before 4pm today. I showed up at work at 3:45 today and not only were they already here, they were also very beautiful! I would definitely buy from here again!

I used this company to deliver flowers to a family member who got injured in Edmonton. I thought I was dealing with a proper and professional establishment. I ordered a basket of flowers with a balloon. They ended up delivering the flowers only and it was only by coincidence that I caught that they didn't deliver the balloon. If I hadn't noticed, I would've ended up paying $10 for nothing. When I called, the Manager wasn't sympathetic or understanding at all and just sounded like he wanted to get off the phone quick. I asked him to deliver a new basket with a balloon and to take the old one back. He declined and just offered to deliver the balloon only or give me a refund. What a joke in that they wanted to deliver a lone balloon to a house after the moment was already gone! I of course declined and told them to refund the cost of the balloon. But seriously, they didn't even try to be helpful or understanding that this was a very special moment and occasion which they absolutely ruined. I will never use them again. They had one job and they couldn't even deliver on that!

I appreciated the in-person service I received from the staff. I had chosen an arrangement style from their online selection but wanted different colours and they made wonderful choices. All the gifts we've received from them, last beautifully. I highly recommend them.

My favorite florist left. It is still a great place!
