We hired Floral Factory for our August 2020 wedding. We were originally supposed to have a larger wedding in Cambridge, but due to COVID, had to change our location and drastically reduce our numbers. Karrie-Ann was flexible and open to changing the plan based on our evolving needs.We met with Karrie-Ann several times prior to the wedding, and she was somehow able to pick-up on my vision without me being able to describe it. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and flower arrangements turned out better than I ever could have expected. I recently ordered multiple floral arrangements for my mother’s Celebration of Life.The arrangements were simply stunning! I was very pleased with everything from the ordering process to the delivery and with the price point. I would HIGHLY recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

The Floral factory was recommended to us by Kevin at the Corbett funeral home for my mothers funeral, and i was extremely happy with not only the flowers but the staff as-well!The black rose bouquet I requested came out beautiful, and the lady at the counter also offered to special order my moms favourite flowers for her celebration of life, even thought they are out of season. 100% worth every penny.

My wife was delivered a beautiful arrangement from this florist. Her daughter requested something elegant and was not disappointed. The flowers and greenery were the freshest and the colours were exactly what she had hoped for. Would recommend and definitely use this florist in the future.

Went in looking for flowers for a little girls ballet recital. The lovely people asked for my price point and I asked for pink (and roses) and they picked out this beautiful small arrangement right on the button price wise.But most importantly, our ballerina was thrilled. Thank you!

I ordered two bouquets from this place. I live far away, so I trusted The Floral Factory to make gorgeous bouquets, as per the picture, to deliver to my mom and daughter. They did make colourful arrangements, and did deliver on time, but the pictures I received of the flowers left me ticked off. They were not as full nor as big as the pictures suggested. They were also full of what I consider filler flowers". I was quite upset. My mom and daughter were happy

This company saved my butt today when another company dropped the ball and couldn't deliver when they said they would. The florist at Floral Factory was an angel and made a gorgeous bouquet in 30 minutes flat. Thank you so much!!!

My wife ordered her mother and mine these flowers this morning, the day before Good Friday. Both moms phoned us this afternoon just ecstatic over the arrangements! They delivered a quality product the same day and made two elderly widows day! Highly recommended. Thanks a bunch of tulips eh!

She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for with our bridal bouquet and boutonniere and was so flexible with scheduling us in. We just emailed across some pictures of what we had in mind, and the bouquet she put together for our wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way – the colours, the fresh floral scent, the sweet and romantic feels! It really was everything we wanted and more, but even more than that, we are just so very grateful to have worked with the sweetest florist ever!
