Not very often would i look for zero stars but this is my second experience and both times it has been an utter disappointment. For someone who loved BK growing up; much less frequent there now, i really feel for the brand. Looking at the other reviews i don't expect anything to change but let me say that reception at drive thru was cold, the burger and fries were colder and the coffee i ordered might as well have been a cold coffee. I asked for mayonnaise, didn't get it. Not a big deal but talk about being attentive to customer when you have whole 1 car in the drive thru. Wish you guys luck and pardon my words but I hope you guys reflect before Burger King turns into Burger Joker

Ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich (not spicy) and it was very good. Was hot from my first bite to my last bite. Wish it looked as pretty as the photo of it though. But was still good

BK always remained my first choice, but BK in wonderland disappointed me. All the table were dirty, floor was sticky, Having said that the food was good and was served well in time.

I can't comprehend how it's possible for a fast food place to be this slow. I'd highly suggest going elsewhere if there is even one other car in the drive thru, they just have an efficiency level of zero.

I never complain but it took 40 minutes in the drive thru for two meals. Definitely can’t consider that fast food. As a former faster food manager I completely understand when things take time. But 40 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me was just crazy. Definitely won’t be stopping here again. If you have the extra time to spare, at least food wasn’t too bad.

Poor customer service. Waiting time was very long, Moreover burger was not tasty. I wasted my time & money. (This is not for the first time)

Fountain pop has no taste, some are out of service completely, restaurant cleanliness is sub-par, staff itself was nice but it feels like management wants to be super cheap. Rations napkins, etc.

Simple order two combos one no cheese add jalapeño both poutine no salt (which I had said multiple times over the microphone) and two large beverages with two Sundays when I pull up to the window he tries to hand me small drinks I correct him and then I wait 15 minutes for my food which sat on a cold counter for 10 minutes in front of me while they attempted to make Sundays which we’re not even filled properly I looked at the sundae and they were both half melted I told them to remake him he came back with the same ones I am dissatisfied I check my Poutines because the day prior they messed up on them and again they messed up on them tonight he told me they were no salt and I told him that he was incorrect and that there was salt on them he then remade the proteins refunded me for the Sundays I am truly disappointed I come here 3–5 times a week because I am always on the road to the specific Burger King and I am always kind and understanding of situations but having so many technical errors within one service is truly dissatisfying I hope that management sees my comment and find some new employees or retrains them because it’s truly needed as a food worker herself I am disappointed in my fellow server

I haven't had Burger King for long time, I thought I might give it a try. Unfortunately the experience wasn't good at all. Meat was cold, pretzel bread was stall and not toasted, they had a broken ice machine, the drink had no gas on the diet coke, and there was so many flies around the drink machine. Will not come again. Thanks.

Tables were dirty, all of them, i don't blame the staff because they were just 3 persons trying to taken orders/drive through order then fulfill.Clearly no time to go check on anything else.The fountain was broke, no ice, no calibration and not even cold.I had a previous bad experience with this location so I decided to give one last chance. They nailed it!! So now 2 Burger kings locstions are competing which one is the dirtiest, Wonderland south and Wellington.I opt out Burger King
