Was a fine doctor before I got dropped as a patient because I didn't abuse the system and seeked an appointment in 3 years. Told me I was dropped because I wasnt there in the last 3 years?? Told me to use the walk-in. F that. I was a patient for 15 years. Isn't that why you find a GP doctor? Anything to make more money. Morles are gone.

Called yesterday to get walk in times, which I was told they start accepting at 1PM today and could come then. Showed up at 1:10 to be told they aren’t taking any walk ins cause the doctor is leaving early. Would’ve been nice to know when I called under 24 hours previously and wasn’t given any indication that they would basically close 10 minutes after opening.

The front desk receptionist Janelle was absolutely amazing! I can’t thank her enough for fitting my daughter in last minute and being so incredibly kind to her the entire time we were waiting! Dr.Hughes was great too with great bedside manner which is hard to come by these days at walk in clinics!

We we're registered as a family and the reception staff obviously dumb as stones didn't put me in as a a client so I can only go as a walkin and not by appointment. However 3 of my 5 kids are clients and now there too full to take on the rest of my family when that's what they were supposed to do. Not only that, I had made appointments before to get my driver's safety certificate(yearly) and they don't have a problem doing that because we pay them directly!Dr hughes is a fantastic dr but his staff is driving his name down. Time to find a better clinic.

The doctor is very easy to talk to and has a great bedside manner. He made my son feel very welcome and at ease. The experience was excellent. I suggest making an appointment because appointments have priority over walk-ins.

Dr. Hughes and his receptionist are very professional and have exceptional manners, I felt very welcomed and comfortable speaking with him as a walk in client. I did not feel rushed at all and he addressed all my concerns.
