Pet Paradise
The folks at Pet Paradise are absolutely top notch! They really know their stuff when it comes to animal husbandry, and always have some good advice if you ask! Their selection of critters is awesome, it's always fun to look at all the new reptiles and fish they are frequently getting. They also offer payment plans, which is super convenient in my opinion! Additionally, they have the best prices in the city (and online)!! I couldn't recommend them enough.

One of my favourite places to be… felt welcomed by the staff and was beyond impressed with the quality they put into caring for their animals. I want to recognize Chris, the gentle giant, he’s passionate and very knowledgeable, he has gone out of his way to help me and he is a very important part of the pet paradise team. Mark is another staff member who also is super educated and he has answered many questions of mine, he does a great job keeping the fish very healthy and happy, another important staff team member. Thank you pet paradise for putting up with me and all my questions and never once getting frustrated. All the staff play an important role at keeping pet paradise the number one pet store in London!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always a pleasant experience at Pet Paradise. Chris, Mark and all of the staff are super knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The amount of care the staff has for their animals is amazing and truly shows. Best pet store in London!

Place is great as many species are kept bioactive, look healthy and abundance in supplies.The staff seem to be people who are already in the hobby, so they're educated and it's nice to talk to someone who also knows how to care for the reptiles properly.Concern is product being left on the floor in the rodent area and fish room, needs better organizing as major tripping hazards and doesn't allow you to see the animals fully.Then with new species being biught/sold, if bioactive it's easy to spread diseases to passing reptiles much faster that way because it's difficult to sterilize between reptiles.

Very nice selection of fish and reptiles, maybe even the best in town. The prices range from very reasonable to expensive, but nothing I've seen to be considered too expensive for what your buying. I have had to wait a few minutes while associates talked, but when I interrupted they got to me right away and were never rude. Also quite knowledgeable. I'd recommend for anyone serious in the game or looking for specific items

Spectacular range of aquarium fish.I was impressed by how well maintained the aquariums all were and how healthy the fish were. Lots of fish, as well as, equipment that I have never seen in other LFS or chain stores.

Great store. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and they’re always getting new shipments of interesting fish. Keeps me coming back. Purchased 3 angelfish and 2 are now paired up and laying eggs. The discounts don’t hurt.

I haven’t had any big issues here. Sometimes product hasn’t arrived but that’s obviously a supplier issue. The workers always help as much as they can and generally know a good deal about products or to help answer my questions. Can’t say how prices compare to something like a Pet Valu or Pet Smart. They all cost a lot in my opinion haha. Though cat food is always cheaper which is nice. The moral is - bring out that cat person in you and save some money.

Only local place I could find with isopods and springtail to get my bioactive setup ready. They had everything I need and they were very thorough with every question I had. I was pleasantly surprised to find live plants in there as well. I spent 2 hrs in the store and they never made me feel like I was annoying them with all my questions. Loved seeing all of their reptiles and set up's. It was very clear they care very much for their animals.

Mark was so helpful with the set up of my aquarium from the moment I decided I wanted to set one up right until I picked them up! I was able to make a very happy home for my pea puffers with his advice. I used to frequent the store for supplies for my late bearded dragon. I live further now but this store is worth the trip!
