On March 5, 2021, I spoke with Diane Booth from Laura Carey Desjardins Insurance. As has always been the case over the years, she returned my call promptly.I had questions about how my house replacement cost listed on the policy seemed low compared to market value and how separate structures and various contents were classed, valued, and insured. Diane took the time to answer my questions and show me where on the policy certain coverages were mentioned. This is in stark contrast to my experience at a car dealership where they once told me in response to a question “just read the manual”. My house insurance questions were answered taking all the time I needed to understand my policy.
