Delicious sandwiches! We had ginger ale as well. Sitting by the water eating the delicious food was a wonderful break during our time at Granville Island.

Called ahead and they put aside a loaf of The Birds & The Bees, and one of the Nooner. Lots of yummy items in/on the display, and also some local jams. Very nice and happy service. They do offer to slice. Both breads were easy to slice at home. They had tender crusts. The Birds & The Bees had grains on top but also throughout the bread which gave it good texture. Nice shape too. I liked that one with just butter to bring out the sweetness. The Nooner was a traditional loaf shape. It was good with olive oil/vinegar and for sandwiches. Both loaves were light in taste for me. Will be back to try the sweet snacks.Daniel

An artisan bakery specializing in pastries (both savory as well as desserts), breads, rolls and plenty of sandwiches. The blueberry scone and pastry with hazelnut cream and drizzled with lots of chocolate were fresh, well made, very tasty and unique. We were back 2 hours later to buy a few savory items that we saw but they were already sold out. If you see an item that you liked, buy it since it might be gone if you'LL look for it later...

This artesian bread bakery on Granville Island features the slow fermentation technique..the staff are very friendly and welcoming..a discussion of the bread varieties is fun to engage in..

This artisan bakery is one of severals reasons why I love Granville Island. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. As a dessert aficionado, I recommend their Bourbon Maple Butter Tart and Thicc Lava Cookie, both great to eat on the spot or for taking home to savour.

Nice, buttery croissants, especially if you can buy them when they are just baked..yumm! Cinnamon roll is also amazing. Cookies are alright

The pizza (danish?) and cookies here were delicious, however a loaf of bread that my fiance brought home from home molded very quickly.

I went to this bakery just for a croissant and the Manager there oversold me some pastries but that was worth it. I really loved Orange chocolate scone and cute Kouign aman. Highly recommend this local organic bakery.

Visited this bakery on a sunny trip to Granville Island. The man working here was very helpful, giving us his personal recommendations, as well as free samples of their fresh bread! I thoroughly enjoyed my pistachio croissant and my friend loved her almond croissant!

Delicious treats and friendly staff. The cookies are thick yet so soft and chewy...try the peanut butter chocolate cookie (will be thinking of her for a while) and the Valrhona cookie (basically an elevated chocolate chip cookie). The strawberry balsamic croissant tastes delicious too and ended up being my favorite. Their ice cream sandwiches are good. I tried both the mango and strawberry ice cream sandwiches; the latter won. I'm not a fan of strawberry ice cream, at least not the usual kind, but this was amazing.
