The guy in the store was super rude. He put my package on a chair and the package fell off the chair. I mentioned that it's a fragile package and should be handled with care. He answered that it is fine and it is handled with care! Also, he blamed me that I'm having a bad day!Unprofessional and disrespectful service!

Went in there yesterday the attendee was so rude just a horrible person. I said to him that he could be a little nicer, he proceeded to throw my parcel out the door behind me. Have never been treated so bad and will never return. Can't imagin he will be in business for very long with all these terrible reviews.

I used store services many time they are providing excellent set of services such as printing service, shipping services, public notary, mailbox services and many more. They are very good at their work. I strongly recommend this store.

The system said my package was at the access point, but it wasn’t. The next day, I call the access point to ensure that it arrived so I don’t waste the time and gas going there if it’s not actually there. The man who answered the phone kept interrupting me when I tried to explain... despite what the system says, the package might not physically be there, and it wasn’t there last time I came. He kept interrupting me and saying that yes it was there. So I made my way over, and guess what? IT’S NOT THERE. He checks everywhere and can’t find it. When I said I called literally 15 minutes ago about this, he keeps interrupting me and saying that he’s just going by the system. If he just gave me a minute to speak on the phone, he could have actually understood what the problem was and not given me false information.Update:I’m not upset that the package wasn’t there, it was disappointing how I wasn’t given a chance to speak when calling to check in. I was interrupted multiple times and this ignorance led to a wasted effort on both parties.Also, it was interesting to see how my parcel that required a signature was just left on the front steps for everyone to see.

I've had a few of my packages delivered here instead of having them left on my front door. Usually a fast and friendly environment.

I had read bad experience I went there to fax some documents and the number I was provided were not working the guy told me rudely you are wasting my papers I was so embarrassed for 5 sheets I paid $2

Best UPS Store in Regina, staff is very helpful. Always a pleasant experience every time I have packages to ship off.

Public relation zero. Unprofessional, passport pictures taking from location were all rejected by passport Canada. Customers beware.

Bad experience i have returned a box last week by myself and speak to the guy very clearly i dnt why they didn’t understand and don’t take seriously the thing cause it was wrong order and today someone drop the same order front of our door ,its not easy to go back again and again for a person who has no any personal vehicle cause the box weighs is approx 35 kg if you guys do something i ll be appreciate
