Reliable Parts

This morning my Dish washer need a part I need a Inner Drain Hose !! So I see this older gentleman with glasses which he was not very polite at first kind of arrogant asking me what I need so I did explain what I need and I was told that I can’t buy this hose that I need it and that I need to purchase the whole pump with the hose so at this point I was shocked so I did some research and I found on Another place in Mississauga this place was Crawford appliances so I did pay a visit there with same part of that I need it I was told no problem we will order this for you and I was told that reliable parts have in stock !!! Which I was told can’t buy this part that I need the whole unit to buy so I did go back to this Reliable parts see that same person older gentleman with glasses and toldHim I was at another place in Mississauga about this hose that I needed and I was told that he got in stock by Crawford place … so this guy asked me for the part number so I did have it told him and he say oh ya I do have this part soo this guy makes a joke at first I would not recommend this place and this is not the first time that I need something and I was told that I need to get a whole assembly bottom line is this place is trying to sale you for a lot more money and more parts !!! Thank you … for reading this … make sure you do another research online line … !!

I went in on saturday at 1pm when they were closing. Waited in line to be served. I wanted a common dryer part. Sales guy knew what i wanted. Got it for me. I paid. I left.

If you looking for any parts for your fridge, dishwasher, dryer, washer machine and other devices, definitely you will find it there with the quality but you need to keep in your mind most the parts they have are very expensive

Bought belt for drum of old drier machine for less 15$, my wife happy again. Feel nice to shop in a actual brick-mortar store.

When I purchased 3 BBQ burners, Reliable Parts site said in stock" but that was not the case. My order was delivered with a more than reasonable delay

Saved me from buying a replacement part that would not have been compatible with my appliance.I might have been a bit sour at the time but I'm really glad they helped me out and gave honest advice.

Will not buy from them again, went and purchase an SAMSUNG OEM DC31-00054A DRAIN PUMP MOTOR ASSEMBLY by Samsung, hopping it will last longer than generic brands, paid double the price, and they just sold me a generic brand and assure me it's original Samsung part, went home and compare with my old generic brand, looks just the same, search online and found that original Samsung look a little different, went back and asked a full refund, see the picture below, one is the old generic brand, the other one is from the store, just the same.

The man who works at the 2273 Dundas street location has a very flat affect and is condescending and rude. He is NOT helpful at all and I cringe when I unfortunately need to order a part for my fridge. In addition, I ordered my ice tray in February on my credit card which expired in April. I assumed I would have the part before April but I followed up and I was told my entire order was cancelled because my card expired BUT I did not get a phone call or an email re: this?! I already was waiting 3 months and now they canceled my order with zero notification. The only way I became aware of this was my own follow phone call because it has been so long since I heard anything. If I had my choice I would never use this business. Sadly I have to because they are close and have the parts I need. If you could, you’ll be better off with another business who treat you properly. If I could give zero stars I would :(

Unbelieveably bad experience! I order a new shelf and two crisper drawers for our LG fridge. It's disappointing enough that they became all cracked and broken over time. Spent a fortune on these items and the two drawers BOTH arrived cracked already. What kind of shoddy policies and supervision allow broken items to be shipped out as new ones?
