Mr. Lube + Tires

The guys were very friendly, nice and very accommodating. They were working hand in hand with each other which makes it faster. I was out of the shop in about 30ish minutes.

I am so beyond impressed with the team I got to witness this morning working on 3 cars at once! All had great communication for each other, I couldn’t stop watching the way they worked so well with each other! My husband usually goes for the oil change but we switched it up this time & I am so happy with the service, they deserve more than 5 stars!! New favourite place to go for my oil change! You got yourself a regular customer for now on! Keep up the good work ☺️

Went there for tire repair. Got excellent customer service with professional work attitude and reasonable charges. Will visit again for all of my tire related issues. Can safely recommend to anybody.

What an amazing experience at this location! The staff are so professional! Completely different from the old store that was here! Great job guys! Would highly recommend this location for everyone! Best part is they do tire services at this location! Purchased my winter tires and rims through this location, they had them there for me early the next day ready for them to be mounted and put on my vehicle! The service was fantastic and at a great price! It was even better that I didn’t have to book an appointment!!

I thought I found a place to be a regular customer. I tried coming for second oil change and they gave me straight attitude because my oil filter is hard to reach. I don't know why it was such a hassle when this is my second time back and they had no problem the first time. The attitude was uncalled for too

I used this location for the first time, usually I go to the east location but I would honestly drive across town any day to come to this location. The guys were quick, friendly and efficient. They didn’t push extra services onto me like other locations. Will be back again!

I've been going to Mr. Lube for decades. This location for just a few years now. Overall a good experience. But my last visit has me worried. I went in for service and I thought everything went fine. That was until I noticed that something was leaking causing a stain in my garage. I went back a week later once I confirmed it was a leak and things went down hill from there.The first tech challenged me and basically said that I was lying. Luckily once I got into the lane the tech underneath spotted the problem immediately. Fix and cleaned. All done, good bye.However, I wasn't really happy. Nobody said sorry. Nobody took responsibility. That the problem was found and now it's all better despite leaking for a week causing a mess an my return visit. Not to mention an unknown amount of missing fluid. I hope that things improve for my next visit.

Might have to give these guys a second chance after reading the reviews. Last time I was there, they got engine oil all over the outside of engine as well as in. Professionalism was spotty

Did you know that tires expire despite amazingly good tread and low wear? I learned that here. Plus got lots of quotes for a whole new set of tires. I saved $900 by going to a long standing reputable place that confirmed my tires were perfectly fine and put them on my car immediately. Real lesson learned: choosing a reputation of integrity over convenience everytime.UPDATE: Thank you for taking customer concerns seriously. Can you provide a link to your corporate policy on expired tires for me to read first? This location refused to put my good tires on my car and said they weren't allowed to.
