Employees are not friendly/are very miserable and do not seem to want to help you, instead they act like you are inconveniencing them and give you attitude. Simple things like checking an item in the store/helping you find a certain item seems to be a HUGE miserable task for them. Not friendly and would not recommend this location

Friendly staff who help you even if you don't have your receipt. Pro tip: sign up for their rewards program; they save your purchase history so that if you're ever in a jam (like not having a receipt) they can look up your recent buys.

Amazing staff with great product knowledge but more is needed. Was trying to see how long one of the coolers would keep cold for and no one had the info. Not even the online site had the info. Needed the cooler for a trip, want to be confident that I won't food poison myself.

I came in for a winter jacket today as I saw there were great sales this week. A sales rep asked me if I needed any assistance and I let her know what I was looking for. She was so kind and helpful!!! She pointed out several styles and showed me a colour I never would have even thought of trying (mustard…love it!!). She gave me the washing instructions and information about the jacket’s temperature rating, which was important to me. She really went above and beyond. I asked her name (Ewa) because I think when we get good service we should let stores know. Thanks so much Ewa! Also at the cash…the gentleman was awesome too. Never got his name sadly.

Some great quality clothes and lots of variety but very expensive and larger sizes are not really available. The sales staff are happy to order them and have them delivered to your house but don't stock them in store.

When did it start to cost one million dollars to shop at EB? I must have missed that train. They try to make you feel better but putting almost the entire store on sale but who pays $100 for track pants? You are to feel better by getting them on sale for $60 I guess. Ouch.

I had a great experience shopping at Eddie Bauer thanks to the exceptional service from Taylor. She went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for, providing expert sales assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor. Not only was she knowledgeable about the store's offerings, but also went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great shopping experience . The winter collections at the store were top-notch, with some fantastic discounts to boot. I highly recommend visiting Eddiebauer!! Thank you!!

Was doing a return, which I could not do cause I did not have the correct debit card had reciept and everything with me.Staff was rude could have care less that the owner of card was 3hrs away. But have instore credit? Why? Didn't have what I wanted...terrible costumer service.
