Very customer oriented service with excellent overall quality. Actually, it exceeded my expectations as it was my first time addressing an issue to a Dewalt’s services centre. Now I know that in case of a need in the future It will be taken care off.

I arrived to repair once of my toll but guarantee was expired. I was ready to buy another one but they took the time to take a look my tool and fixed. The saved my toolExcellent service.. thanks

Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolute worst customer service ever! Dropped off a tool for repair (wanted to arrange for it to be picked up, but seeing as they NEVER answer the phone, I had to make the 2hr trip to their store)I was told two weeks for the repair. THREE MONTHS later I have no news!! Again, they never answer the phone, so I suppose I'm about to waste another 2hrs of my life!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Indeed it is true! This place isn't actually a service center, it's a dojo to hone your patience and temper. No one answered the phone, and that number was actually connected to a parallel universe. Stephen Hawking must have been here to fix his wheelchair before he wrote A Brief History of Time. Time and space are messed up here, about 2 weeks in their mouths are actually 4 months. The technicians who provided the repairs deserved 6 stars, and the management and receptionists deserved negative 5 stars. After this warranty experience, I started selling all my Dewalt tools on facebook and kijiji, to be replaced with Milwaukeen or Makita. Dewalt's customer service sucks, not only this Montreal Center but the entire customer service system

Good service. Had a part of a tablesaw that broke and needed replacing, and ordering it was a breeze. Just brought the broken one in, they matched on their catalog, and put in the order.

Great experience with taking care of a warranty!

Terrible service. Was actually yelled at trying to order a part, and then told they can’t deliver parts - even though they delivered some to me two weeks ago. I will never deal with these guys again

Trying to sell me a reconditioned vacuum / for a new one. This salesman, as a serious attitude problem we went there to have a porté. Câble sander repair his answer buy a new one with a tone that is not professionnel.

The store is great you always save a lot of money on the tools, compared if you buy it at a hardware store at a higher price. You can even bring your used tool for a trade in for a new tool.
