The cosmetic staff today was really rude, literally mocked the way I spoke because I was stumbling over my words while asking a question. It's quite disappointing because I always try to be kind to retail staff because I know how hard they work but it was very unnecessary for her to do that.

Go to Rexall, or literally anywhere elseTerrible customer service in the Pharmacy. Lack of “professionals” every time I show up.Sam needs to be fired.

(Outside 3 heads of the pharm [Mohommad and two others]) incompetent staff who lack basic understanding and communication skills. It's frustrating when you rely on medication for a serious condition like asthma and encounter such difficulties (I was attempting to arrange a pickup for Ventolin, and other medications I am not listing here). It seems like Sam" was not properly trained or experienced enough to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Bottom line

There are so many shoppers locations now , it seems they are everywhere. Couldn't find what I was looking for here .Shop was well stocked ,very clean and laid out like every other shoppers. Lots of parking. Located on Taunton road near garden.

This is one of the best pharmacy. Very helpful neha pharmacist, she helped me and guided me for over the counter product. Kudos to her great service.

Only self scans I've ever come across that can't do gift cards. Walmart self scan registers do gift cards, why is your technology so far behind? Really annoying to get through your order only to find out you have to get in line again to scan a simple gift card.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff. I feel like I'm always ruining their day by filling my prescription.Shoppers (re:reply): It's clearly not something you take seriously. I've called before, and if you look at all the other reviews about the same issue for years, they still happen and nothing has been changed.Your canned PR response with no action clearly shows you don't give AF about your customers and because people need medication, you can treat them anyway you want.What action has happened per each review echoing mine? I have ALWAYS had a BAD experience at this pharmacy and avoid coming in here. However, the product I wanted was not available at another Shoppers (Rossland and Garden) and they were nice enough to call this location. This location had it but only a fraction of the quantity I required. I was ok with it temporarily as I need it for the weekend. When I got there, (I think) the person in charge was talking LOUD saying, “I told him we don’t have enough and he can go to another pharmacy” without even asking me whether it’s ok with me and she was not speaking with me. She was very rude and condescending. And while I was waiting, she was gossiping about other clients and even mentioning their full names. She’s very unprofessional, breaking privacy and does not know how to deal with the public.To the person in charge of hiring, congratulations on diversity!!! (Sarcastic),AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CAN.

Bought a tyroor electric bike c3. On the manual says 450w motor and 36v 10ah battery. End up with 350w motor and 6ah bike. Supposed to have front and rear brakes, but only has rear in actual bike. Called a store for returning, store can't take it back. I have to call head office or manufacturer. To me, this feels like be frauded. Not a good experience!

Pharmacy is understaffed and kind of dodgy. It would be pretty easy to improve the situation - not broken chairs, an extra staff member. At least turn off the overhead PA telling them to pick up the phone if they aren’t going to do it.Edit - I’m not calling your phone number. I already wasted 30 minutes waiting for a vaccine before giving up and I’m not wasting more. My feedback in the review is already something Shoppers could investigate.
