I had a truck issue around Sault Ste Marie enroute to Montreal, and Sean helped out over the phone, when i jad finished in Montreal and returned to the Ryder shop they were ready for me and got the truck fixed right up that same morning! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, shout out to Sean for getting me in on such short notice AND solving the issue, as a former GM service tech/advisor i could easily recognize this shops training and expertise as top notch!
