Always a pleasure visiting Carlton Dental. Everyone there is very welcoming, professional, and great at what they do.

Dr. Keem and his staff are honestly the best, they cured my phobia of dental offices. Fillings and extractions were done without any pain afterwards and they are very friendly and professional. The receptionist is awesome as well and it’s very very easy to book an appointment. I had a really great experience overall. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Awesome dentist truely above and beyond. I love that all communication can be done through texts - so convenient, also they are always on time - I never have to wait, and they even give mini facial massages with a warm towel after if you don't mind❣️ I highly recommend them

Terrible experience here, it seems like all the good reviews came from before the management changed. I came in for a routine cleaning that should cost around $120 (only cost $95 at my previous dentist in Mississauga) and came out of the appointment with a bill of almost $400 cause they have separate charges for cleaning, scaling and plaque removal. This one cleaning used up almost all of my dental insurance which renews next September :/. The clinic itself was fine, nothing special and the receptionist was nice but after the appointment my gums were sore for several days because of how deeply they scraped my teeth

Been to Carlton Dental a numerous times for my fillings since November 2022, and Dr. Keem has been always so nice. The waiting area is cozy with a couple chairs and a space to hang your coat.I got all my cavities fixed here, and one time when one tooth felt a little sensitive after a filling, weeks later from the initial treatment, I had let Dr. Keem know, and he helped fix that at free of cost.Other dentists I’ve been to have been a little judgmental and unfriendly (scolding me on not flossing well enough or making me feel insecure about my teeth), but Dr. Keem is always smiling and makes sure you’re comfortable and puts in effort for small talk. The receptionists are so sweet as well!I highly recommend Carlton Dental - and I normally don’t leave reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, and this dentist is one of the best I’ve been. Already made an appointment to go back in a few months for cleaning!

Made me pay $100 for absolutely nothing. My appointment lasted less than 3 minutes. I wish I was joking.The appointment went as follows: I asked the dentist to check the glue on my retainer as I felt it was loose. Dentist said no you're good, assured me the glue is fine and told me you're good to go.Appointment ends.Asked to pay $100!!!! Zero work was done. Zero.Fast forward 1 week.... The glue comes off while I was on vacation. Terrible experience.

Dr. Keem and his team are simply the best - approachable with all of my concerns and extremely professional. Dr. Keem has helped me in regaining my confidence after going through an accident when I was younger by applying his expertise in cosmetic dentistry. I am still grateful to this day in having a wonderful set of veneers. Thanks a lot!

I highly recommend Carlton Dental to anyone looking for a long-term clinic that puts your dental health first. I dont often leave reviews but I was compelled to share my honest experience.Carlton Dental had very friendly, professional and overall excellent staff. Dr. Keem was very comprehensive in describing procedures and always ensured I was comfortable - I applaud his professionalism. Jin is also the best Dental Hygenist Ive ever had and took fantastic care of my teeth. His attention to detail and thorough cleaning left me in shock compared to what Ive received at other clinics. Thank you Dr. Keem, Jin and Carlton Dental for the excellent level of care you provided! See you in a few months :)

First time visiting, dr.keem was very patient and nice, he showed me the X-ray, pointing out all my teeth problems and clarifies all of my questions patiently, the procedure was almost painless
