Great spot for English and Chinese speakers alike to take passport/pr photos. The work done was highly professional and efficient, and above all was very welcoming and friendly despite having difficulties on my end. Highly recommended.

I read the review thought the review is high so I went there to take the passport photo. But I was super disappointed, the worse photo I ever taken in this place. The colour of the photo was not right and over exposed, they are using the cheap printer to print the photo. I had to go to Cambie road's shopper's re-take the picture, shopper is totally different thing, they are super pro and the picture's colour is exactly the thing you want.

If you would've asked me 5 years ago what I thought I'd be or where, not in a million years would I have told you that I'd be reviewing a passport photo place... He didn't offer us a discount, deal or anything to do this. I'm writing this and giving him 5 stars because he took my infant daughter's passport photo, was quick, professional, and had a warm personality. This place deserves 5 stars!

I searched a lot of stores for passport photos. All their reviews have good and bad, so I was super worried about trying this store. However, after I tried, I really like the photos! It’s fast with nice quality. The price is acceptable.

Fast passport photo service. I need the photo for tomorrow and I get off at 7pm. The store closes at 7pm too and the boss is very nice and he waited for me. Price is not bad. If you need passport photo urgently this is the place I recommend.

Fast and professional service. Went there for passport photo and they know exactly the size and other requirements for different countries. The layout of the mall is kinda confusing but owner was very accommodating and provided directions

Absolutely loved my experience with them. I can be super picky and obviously being a girl you can feel insecure if your photo comes out not to your liking. They were really patient with me and helped me look my best in my passport photo. I’m super excited to show it off hahahha. If you need any photos GO HERE

My friend went to their store to take some pictures for his immigration process. The man working was the regular person I would go to for any service. He told his mother to take the pictures for my friend and after she heard we needed pictures taken, she, along with her son seemed extremely annoyed by this. I don’t really understand what their issue is because my friend is paying them to take some photographs and helping them with their service. The mother then proceeded to call my friend “有病吧” which translates to something is wrong with this person or something is wrong in their head; this rude comment was directed towards my friend. This type of customer service is disgustingly rude and disrespectful. I really don’t care at all where they grew up or what their cultural background is because they are in Canada. They should have some etiquette or some professionalism/mannerism at the very least. It is clear to my friend and I that will not be going back anymore. The amount of rudeness and judgemental comments made by the staff was so obvious and has made me realize that I should not support a company like this ever again.

I came in without looking at the reviews because I was in a rush but turns out the service was really good. Most importantly, I left feeling glad that my passport photos looks nice compared to the other 4 stores I went before. The price is really worth it for the high quality photos I got. The photographer and editor was really kind and clearly professional. Support local businesses!
