Good selection of product, great service! Will go back again!!

I will never shop in this store again. They sold us a compact washer/dryer with a defective motor and they knew it. On top of that, they refused to repair or replace it. They held us off until the warranty ran out, then they sent a repair man out who did nothing. Totally disgusted.UPDATE.As a last resort we called a service rep from another town to confirm my suspicions. As it turns out I was mistaken. The unit we purchased was a space-saver washer/dryer. We had side-by-side working at the time which convinced me that the electrical, the plug worked well. After the first repairman left, I checked the plug with a tester and got a positive read. What I should have done was shake the plug. In that case I would not have got a read because the plug was defective, working only once in a while. The repairmen could not change the plug because they are not electricians. Therefore, they cannot cross the line as they are service repair only. It would be my responsibility to change the plug or have an electrician do so. Once the plug was changed the dryer began working. It has been a few weeks and everything has been working fine.My apologies to the store for the one star review.

Too expensive and not very many choices...

Dealing with Lin has been wonderful!! Despite supply issues she knocked herself out for us! She was very honest and upfront about everything. If you have any appliance or furniture needs, THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP!! And Lin is your lady!

Salesman super

This place has a good selection, but it looks like a fancy thrift store because everything's is used. However, it does have good prices on many large items which is something rare that I usually do no see at other similar stores.

Best service in town

No service with the extended waranty called them to have my dryer fix after having it for only 18 months it's a run around you pay for a garanty and when you need to have your appliance fix it's well call here call there NO SERVICE......

Staff are always friendly. Great selection of home appliances and furniture.
