awesome place found all the staff to be very friendly and most of all knowledgeable in all the areas of the products they provide! at a fair price at that ! as well as the products they have were up to date and some top of the line names you have to check this place out I also got the chance to have something ordered for me that I couldn't get my hands on on a small scale order so they went above and beyond to get it in for me and called soon as it came in ! hats off to the people who keep the shelves stocked and atmosphere great and very welcoming ...Highly Recommend for what my humble opinion matters !

I recommend this place. I Never had a bad experience at Hotham Building Material, staff is knowledgeable and will suggest the right products.They have a great selection of building materials and they are local, more reasons the shop there.

I wish there was a NO STAR RATING! Absolutley awful customer service, from employees and owner alike. Will not stand behind there product even with a life time warranty. I would recomend just going to canadian tire because Mastercraft actually has a lifetime warranty that they honour.
