The staff was incredibly rude to me on more then 1 occasion. So I don't like coming here at all. Then they watch me like a hawk. No thank you I will go elsewhere!!!

Nice clean and well run facility, but pickleball courts aren't ideal. Too many lines, walls are too close to baseline and the nets are not heavy enough, which makes them difficult to see. Overall, not great for pickleball, but many other great programs available for the KW community! The staff are helpful and courteous.

Very helpful staff. In the heart of downtown. Offers inclusive programs for families, children,adults,seniors & those physically & mentally challenged. Their cafeteria is reasonably priced and offers a good variety of sandwiches, baked goods and hot and cold beverages.Very clean and safe. City parking available, get parking slip from front desk to not get fined.

I took pilates classes with Krystina for years at this centre and loved them all. I also taught classes on how to read the Tarot here and the facilities and staff were always supportive and helpful.

Before covid, I went to this Center many times in a month and enjoyed working with NEW Canadians! I do hope they bring back the full program soon, including the upstairs offices.....we NEED those programs and professionals BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Can't actually be IN to the centre yet, but picked up an iPad from Sandy-City Of Kitchener Adults 55+ technology lending library. A weekend to play before on-device training Monday afternoon (courtesy of the same program). I don't need the data component but call Sandy if you are, or know a 5+'r who wants to"
