Alex and Charles came by to inspect the removal of asbestos around the basement ducts. Both of them were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They seemed very honest when providing the different options that I had and I never felt like they were trying to scare me to go with the most expensive option like other competitors do. They were very quick with providing a fair quote and scheduled the work right away.Charles was the one that came in to do the work as it was a fairly small job. I was very pleased with the safety measures that he took; from the enclosure of the area to the products that were used. Also, the clean-up was very neat and tidy. Once completed Charles went over what was done in great detail and explained what he used for the job. Alex called me as well to ensure that my needs were met and that I was satisfied with the work. They were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job. I’d recommend them 100% and will be using them again for any restoration services!
