My car Bose stereo system crapped out. After trying to solve the problem on my own, to no avail, I went to automotive universe for help. They replaced my system. Although they ran into a few snags & ended up spending more time on it then anticipated, like two hours more. They managed to get the job done, at the quoted price. I was very impressed & thankful. Great to have tunes back in my car! Thanks so much guys! I would definitely recommend them for your car stereo needs.

Highly recommend for car alarms & remote starters you can start from anywhere. Todd’s a great guy to deal with , super friendly & really knowledgeable.Great for stereos as well!

Stopped in to inquire about running boards for my new vehicle, they did not carry any but they called multiple vendors while I waited; no luck but I appreciate the time they took to try and find the parts. Will be back for future car audio needs.

Rip offs.... charged me 1 hour labor to run 1 power wire and 1 rca cable in a small truck.... sat there and waited and watched in the shop while they talked to everyone else pointlessly. Spent a total of 17 minutes on my vehicle and didn't even hook the wires up. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. ignorant and scams.

Every time I talk to Todd I walk away thinking WOW that guy knows his stuff! He is great at explaining what the differences are in products and always points out the best product based on value, not the cheapest price. I like that. I needed good lighting for my truck because I do lots of night driving on back roads. Todd suggested lights that worked very well and then there was a small issue with the way the lights reacted with the electrical system in my truck. Todd had a fix right away and they installed them on short notice to get me up and running. I will do business with them again. Great knowledge and excellent customer service by all the staff.
