Maple Leaf Self Storage - Capilano

I've been meaning to post a review since the day we moved our things to the Capilano Maple Leaf Storage location when they opened over 2 years ago but somehow never quite got to it. The location amenities, staff and overall experience are first rate. The space is impeccably clean, modern, thoughtfully laid out, and the staff amazingly warm and helpful. We had to move our storage location when our previous storage unit closed, but that was a stroke of good luck. Not only was our move to the new location at Capilano arranged for us and our belongings transferred, but it was all placed in our new unit more thoughtfully and well organized than we would have done ourselves. From day one the experience has been amazing and we are so appreciative of this location and the stellar service we have received. If you need a storage unit in the Lower Mainland, there is no better place than Maple Leaf Self Storage Capilano.

This is a wonderful storage space. Erin was very helpful from beginning to end. It's a newer building, and has a nice loading area where it's easy for moving trucks to park. It makes a big difference when moving in and out. It's also clean, and has several size options. I would recommend.

This storage facility is one of the cleanest that I have used in so many years. The area is well lit and ventilated, access is very easy and there is ample parking available. Account set up is easy and there are a few storage options to choose from. Above all, the team looking after you is professional, customer service oriented, kind and friendly.Highly recommended. Rumen at Maple Leaf Storage was amazing! He was so polite and understanding and helped explain all our options every step of the way. He offered us special promotions and even helped me navigate the hallways with one of my items! He was professional and courteous and really made my moving experience amazing!

Super staff - approachable and solicitous, and very helpful in making the experience of moving less stressful. Easy access to the loading bay for trucks was another plus, as were the numerous dollies and carts on site to assist with heavy boxes. Highly recommend.

10 stars. The staff are so nice for starters. I like that it's a little tight knit shop. As for facilities, brand new, great parking and loading bays, smooth floors and new trolleys so you can easily move your items yourself, washrooms while moving, and the option for businesses sealed the deal.
