Having trained in this clinic, I'm well equipped to offer a peek behind the curtain". Dr. Arnold and her team are the best of the best; from front desk to the director of the practice--everyone is so welcoming and oriented to providing good services.Their assessments are high standard

All interactions were wonderful, but there was no follow through with resources or supports that were offered. We were anticipating a call back about further assessments and additional parent resources, but we never heard from them again.

Dr. Arnold and staff was amazing. Dr Arnold is very down to earth and at ease with my children. She included us in every step. My son actually enjoyed the assessment sessions. We have received wonderful guidance and direction and have answers. Cant recommend dr. Arnold enough. Staff was also great.

I have called Arnold & Associates 3 times in the past month, looking for help for my daughter. The first time I left a voicemail asking someone to call me back. I never received a call back. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, about 10 days later I called again and this time the receptionist said she would give my name and number to a particular therapist to call me back. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received a call back. I called again today and asked if it's normal not to have heard back from anyone after almost 2 weeks, and was basically brushed off by the receptionist and told that maybe someone wrote your [my] number down wrong"

We worked with Dr. Mandeep Gurm and had an amazing, validating experience. She was extremely thorough, empathetic and highly skilled. We went out of our way to travel to Port Moody for this and I would highly recommend anyone do the same if they are able. Caring, considerate and respectful from my first encounter with administrative staff, to our wrap up meeting. Can't thank them enough.
