I’ve been going to Robinson Automotive since 2009 with all my vehicles. I first brought my Volvo in after the dealer had misdiagnosed a problem. Kirk quickly figured out the issue and fixed it. Since then, I’ve done all my maintenance at Robinson. I’ve always been confident my older vehicles aren’t going to leave me stranded and any repairs will be necessary and done correctly. I purchased an electric vehicle in 2019 and had some electrical problems with it, Kirk and his team were able to trace the wiring issue and rewire it. With the top quality workmanship I get at Robinson, I’ll continue to bring my vehicles for many years to come!

I found them online through forums. Many recommended them for their rustproofing service, and it’s now clear to me why. The advantage is that they are actually not a rustproofing shop, they are a fully capable mechanic shop. Not two guys with a sprayer giving the cheapest price working out of a car wash or tint shop. I called many and nobody wanted to go to the trouble of removing all the underbody panels on my new Lexus. They all said they would try to work around the panels, which I knew would be ineffective as the entire underside is buttoned up. Robinson Automotive were not phased at all. The advantage of going with a real shop that is not afraid to get into anything. It turned out to be a lot of extra work which they didn’t charge me any extra for. That was really impressive and meant a lot to me. The job they did was very thorough, and they showed me everything before returning the vehicle. I will definitely consider them for any mechanic services, they were quick, competent, showed integrity, and their waiting room was spotless and fully stocked. Just left me with an impression that their customers mean a lot to them, and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I’ve now brought 2 vehicles to Robinson - 1 was my personal vehicle, the other was my work vehicle. Every time I bring my vehicles there, I’m surprised with how nice the facility is and the overall professionalism. I trust them to do what my vehicle needs and not push unnecessary work. They’re very upfront with pricing and expected time for completion. It’s nice to bring my regular vehicles to a shop that always has the nicest classic cars and high end vehicles in their shop! Highly recommend!

Best place in southern Ontario for rust proofing. Always a top notch job and they care for your car as if it was their own.I drive by 20-30 rust proofing places on my way to Robinson automotive (Kitchener to Mississauga) and none of them compare to the service you will receive from the team at Robinson.

Phoned this establishment to ask a couple of questions and Kirk was the only person to entertain them. Everyone else I contacted didn’t have the time or patience. Ended up bringing my Vette to Kirk, and have no regrets doing so. Very professional guy, shop, and workmanship.Wouldn’t think twice about going back. If you want it done cheap go elsewhere, if you want it done right, go to Robertsons… thanks guys!

As always when I have a challenging automotive issue I look to Kirk Robinson at Robinson Automotive in Mississuaga. Kirk and his excellent team have decades of top notch experience born from Kirk’s racing experience. As usual Kirk had the answer and I left very happy. If you like personalized polite and respectful service. This is where to go. The RA facility is clean and you can feel the pride of ownership when you walk it. I never feel like I have been over billed and I appreciate the follow ups from RA to ensure that I was happy with the service provided. Give Robinson Automotive a try. I starting coming here for the rust proofing. They are very professional and do honest work.I Currently only allow Robinson to work on my personal vehicles. They are very knowledgeable on different makes and models.I am always pleased with the service they perform.
