Great timely service with remote pickup drop off. Guildford shop has A-1 watch band selection. Very convenient and professional - Prashant is a rockstar.. Very happy, replaced all my watch battery all different brands. ZTA specializes in G-shock, even BABY-G.

Excellent service! I've brought my watch (that I bought elsewhere) here several times to have it checked and repaired. Every time, I've had very good service, and they never charge me for minor things like resetting my chronograph. All of the staff I've dealt with are very kind and friendly!

These guys are Awesome! Very well run local business. Friendly, super fare priced and excellent customer service. I brought in a watch to have battery changed, apparently the watch didn't even use battery. They offered to send it out to get Free estimate on fixing the winding mechanism. Today... brought in another watch that needed new battery. 10 mins later and only $15! I highly recommend them. Blair

This is one of the best watch stores I've been to. They give great customer service! Been wearing the same watch for 3 years! and it still works perfectly fine. I would recommend this store to whoever needs a nice watch! ^.^

Recently, I was looking for a replacement leather watch strap at the Guildford Mall. At the Bay I found all the decent ones way overpriced. I was heading out of the mall and noticed the ZTA outlet . The young lady there showed me a representation of straps and there were several good ones reasonably priced so I settled on one. She told me to come back in 10 minutes and she would have the new strap fitted to my watch. When I returned she had changed the clasp to a colour that better matched my watch -- and at no extra cost. I would regard the service I received as being exceptional. A decent price, decent quality, ready on time and a free upgrade" to boot! I'd certainly recommend the store to others."

The staff at ZTA is friendly, and they try to be helpful. BUT. They know NOTHING about G-Shocks. I believe they are an authorized dealer, but they don't know jack about the watches. For that reason, I will never purchase a G-Shock from ZTA. They don't even know the product they are selling. When I was in, all they knew was the colour and price. No idea how to work the watch.When you go to a car dealer ship and the salesman you are dealing with knows NOTHING about the car he is trying to sell you, are you going to buy that car? Probably not... Well maybe, just not from him.They need to train their staff properly. As fas as I am concerned, if you have a watch store, you HAVE to know EVERY product inside and out. If not, how do you expect to make sales and educate your customers, when you don't even know?

Could not be happier with my purchase or the store! The owner was so kind, quickly answering my questions via email and even sent a handwritten card with purchase! The watch is beautiful and sturdy. Highly recommended!

He comes to your place to offer his services, which is cheap, quick and best. Gentle and cool human. Thumbs up.

So easy. Needed a few links taken off a watch. The gentleman was very polite and was able to meet us close to home! They are mobile which saved us the time of driving. Watch turned out perfect and it was so affordable! Thank you kindly

In short, I bought a watch here and unfortunately I fell in a place where I need to return it and have cash value back due to a emergency. However store manager refused due to their no return policy. I wouldn’t recommend this place for watches to anyone. There’s no sense of humanity and business owner just want money. Quite sad. Horrible customer service and horrible variety of watches. Never buy watches from small shops. They lack in variety, taste and poor customer service.
