Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have really worked hard to integrate into the local vaping community. Aesthetically, the shop is rustic, with real wood on the walls, and a large solid wall-length table for tasting that look amazing.

I keep coming back here because they carry the best stock for what I like.My only issue is that I have noticed on at least 3 occasions I've tried to stop here during the middle of the day and there will be a sign on the door saying they've left for an hour, or will randomly be closed. I have also stopped by several times 20 minutes or so after they open but no one is there and the door is locked. There were 2 other people waiting and feeling frustrated today too. This isn't good business at all.This isn't very convenient for quick stops.All in all, they seem to carry the best stock consistently and the prices are fair. Opening your business on time is pretty important though.

They advertise they're open at 10am but they aren't.

Great shop. Visited today to get my dad set up to quit smoking. Super friendly staff (thanks again Anna) great selection of flavors. Not too many devices but enough to cover anyone's needs. Recommended.

Place is great for info and staff are amazing and helpful.I’d rate my last visit a 2/5, I explained I had broken my tank and just purchased new coils (TFV9) and when I was told they didn’t carry any tanks compatible I understood and mentioned I’d be ok with buying a new tank and set of coils and asked for the best MTL tank they had on hand and the staff member just pointed at the tanks and said right there. I was looking over and ended up picking the Valyrian 2 after asking about a few cause their reply was “this tank doesn’t fit your coils” which I already knew. I also asked to buy a few extra coils as I live out of town and like to stock as I never know when I’ll need another coil or how long it will be til I go out and shop again. Was sad when I got into work and the tank I had purchased was more of a DTL feel so now I have a 89$ piece that I don’t really like

Second time in the shop served by Chad !! Very rude asked him about a product and he said it right there so I took off the shelf to purchase and got yelled at about touching the product ! I said I am purchasing the product so what does it matter he said there is a sign right there saying don’t touch the product!? Well first of all the sight is so high unless you are looking up you would not see it and second of all why didn’t he do his job snd get it for me?? I will not shop there again and as far as I can see there never anyone in there so they should be kinder to there customers before there out of business!!Chad definitely needs some people skills if he is going to work with the public!!

I was sold a burnt vape that I attempted to return within 10 minutes of purchasing it. However, the store refused to accept the return, stating that the vape still hit fine despite being burnt. Not only did they refuse my exchange, but before he did he decided he’d try it himself to see if my return was valid. I ended up purchasing a new one regardless and left the burnt one I just purchased with him. It seems like the store prioritized their profits over customer satisfaction.

Shop local I tell myself. Not anymore. 2 days free shipping for what I buy regularly. The guy that works there is just awful. So unpleasant and unfriendly. I can’t get out of there fast enough. Not sure who the owner is but your employee is a liability. I tried for a year but he never changes his bad mood. You lost my business. Online for me now.

5th time I've gone and they have not opened on time. Guy who works most day seems to be miserable when the doors are unlocked.Sunday March 5th.Wanted to give another chance. 11:30am, sign, website, and google claim to be open. Not open. Avoid at all costs.
